Absolutely gutted. I've been a medical license holder for donkey's years, mate, and when I popped into this place before the lockdown, I was on the hunt for a new, buzzing sativa to lift my spirits. But blimey, the staff there didn't have a clue about what they were selling – couldn't even chat about their strains and kept pointing me towards their blinking iPad. I told 'em I didn't fancy using their gadgets because 1. I can check out their selection online at home and 2. I specifically wanted to have a natter about cannabis with a real person, not a screen. There was only one other customer in the shop and plenty of staff around, but still no one could answer my questions. Ended up grabbing a pre-roll of a strain that was absolute rubbish.

I've headed elsewhere and will keep doing so, and I'd strongly suggest anyone looking for knowledgeable staff to do the same.

I spotted an enticing deal on Amherstburg's website for a watermelon distillate-infused pre-roll by General Admission, a 3-pack for just $13.95, down from the regular price of $22.95. Eager to snag this bargain, I made my way to the store, only to be told that they were, alas, out of stock. Undeterred, I inquired about when they might restock and was informed that the La Salle store had 13 units available. Excited, I decided to make the trip over there.

Little did I realize that they would not honor their own sale price at a different location, despite their website claiming they price match. A rather disappointing experience, to say the least, with extremely poor customer service. If it were possible, I'd give them zero stars. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
