So, my MacBook went a bit mental and after an hour on the phone with apple care they sent me to TRG. I have to say, from now on I think I'd rather just head straight to them instead of bothering with Apple.

John was brilliant right from the beginning - really friendly and helpful. They quickly put my mind at ease by assuring me that they could sort out my laptop without wiping any of my data. They kept me in the loop with updates throughout the day and got my laptop fixed without any problems. Fantastic customer service! I would definitely recommend them.

I do understand that these are indeed peculiar times due to COVID19, but I've tried reaching out to TRG a couple of times hoping to schedule an appointment as recommended by Apple. After several attempts, I finally managed to speak to someone live (previously only getting voicemail).

I was a bit surprised when someone answered, so I asked, "Is this TRG Computer Solutions?" The gentleman replied, "That's what I said when I answered the phone, didn't I?"

Anyway, I apologized for missing his initial greeting and proceeded to explain that Apple had advised me to schedule an appointment with TRG for replacing the keyboard on my MacBook. I was in the middle of explaining the issue when I was abruptly interrupted and informed that they were busy and booking repairs one week out. It was evident that the person who answered the phone lacked any customer service skills, so I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend this place if your iPhone has liquid damage and is covered by Apple Care. I was told they could only replace one part (the back) for the $129 deductible, as per Apple's guidelines. I decided to go to the Apple Store instead, where they immediately offered to give me a brand new phone for the same deductible due to the water damage. So now I have a brand new phone thanks to Apple's service.
