The personnel are very knowledgeable and they respond to inquiries excellently. It's been about a month since I had my computer built there and it's a proper beast. It functions superbly and they did a brilliant job of making it aesthetically pleasing despite a somewhat tricky case. The staff accommodated my build exceptionally well and the prices are pretty much on par with what you can find online. They charge barely more than what they paid for the parts. (Comparing to Amazon or other stores, the difference is at most 20-30 dollars, which practically covers the shipping cost, with the added benefit of the store offering a warranty on the assembled computer!). They won't let you leave with any inconvenient surprises, and if there are doubts during the build process, they will call you to discuss different pricing solutions based on your needs and budget before proceeding.

They have also fixed my boyfriend's computer twice and we received outstanding service both times. They were also flexible with the payment method for my computer; the owner is very pleasant, just like his staff. I bought nearly all my components there, as well as my screen, and I don't regret it. The team is just as efficient as their machines :) Thanks for everything.

UPDATE: 1 year later, my computer is still running perfectly. They continue to assist me with any queries I have about specific features and provide valuable advice on purchasing compatible parts for the upgrades I want to make to my PC. Despite my limited knowledge in this area, the staff always takes the time to explain things and never take advantage of the customer's lack of know-how to make a profit. I also had a fan on my laptop repaired there (another computer I purchased pre-built elsewhere). Everything is working flawlessly.

In summary, the employees are extremely attentive. This is the best computer service I have ever experienced.

If you decide to purchase a part from this store, don't expect them to provide solutions. Their customer service is very lacking. The employees may be skilled, but they struggle with public interactions.

As we discussed in-store, I grasped (albeit unhappily) your warranty policy, even though it seems somewhat absurd and has several loopholes. I understand that you don't set the guarantees for these products, which is not the issue. However, the response you provided after my feedback only confirms the point I made earlier. You didn't make any effort to find a solution that could accommodate the customer. You simply washed your hands of the warranty without attempting to resolve the situation, which does not bode well for customer service. This is precisely what I highlighted in my negative comment. Furthermore, I managed to fix the hard drive myself based on the suggestions of another store that took the time to solve my problem, and they did it free of charge! It's unfortunate that my experience was overshadowed by the actions of a single employee, whom I even asked to be more considerate while I was in the store. As mentioned before, you are knowledgeable about your products, but your customer service leaves much to be desired.

I hope this feedback can be beneficial for you, especially in a field that is becoming increasingly challenging due to online stores.
