I am 76 and not very quick with Tech stuff... I absolutely adore my Stream Box from Parker's... their tech folks Logan for Androids and Joel for computers are incredibly patient and helpful whether in person or over the phone... I refer all my mates there as I was the initial one to grab a box and my previous computer bloke was not patient or helpful or quick. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I am not very tech-savvy, so I rely on all the help I can get. Several years back, I walked in to purchase a laptop. After asking me about my needs, they recommended that all I required was a tablet. They were spot on! They could have easily sold me a laptop for a few hundred dollars more, but instead, they took the time to understand what I actually needed.

A couple of months ago, I needed a new cellphone. Once again, they took the time to assist me in determining my needs, switched me to a much better plan, and had me set up quickly.

A few weeks back, my very old computer needed replacement. I bought a refurbished laptop that I adore, but later realized I couldn't scan documents. Unable to troubleshoot the issue, I called Parker’s. Joel spent nearly half an hour on the phone guiding me through the necessary steps.
