My previous computer was a right mess, it had all sorts of issues. When I took it to Trailing Edge, I was convinced it was curtains for it. Luckily, I was tended to by Martin, a sharp and professional lad who treated me with respect. He said he would assess the situation and give me his take on it. Lo and behold, my computer is now back in top-notch condition and I reckon I can put off getting a new one for another year or two. Massive thanks to Martin and the team at Trailing Edge!

Following their response, I hadn't planned on requesting a refund, but their gesture was incredibly kind. As a student who relies on the pen for taking notes, I initially was disappointed with the delay in receiving my order. However, my opinion changed once I saw how diligently they addressed my concerns and explained the reason for the late delivery. Thank you!

They suggested replacing it with a solid-state drive and assured me that all my data could be recovered. I got my laptop back by the following day and was very impressed with the service provided by TTE.

His honesty really stood out to me, as he didn't sugarcoat the potential issues with my old computer and gave me a wide range of expected costs. My visit to the computer store was absolutely top-notch. I had previously been given a quote from another place which said, "Well, first we'll have to conduct a diagnostic that costs $75. After that, we might be able to start working on your computer, but you're looking at a wait time of at least two weeks. Alternatively, for an extra $35, we can bump you to the front of the queue--but you'll still need to wait for two weeks." At TTE, my computer issue was resolved within 20 minutes of dropping it off, and they even had to convince me to accept a service charge. Moreover, they also fixed a BIOS problem at no additional cost, simply out of goodwill. Truly outstanding service all around.

I found the staff to be very friendly and professional, and the Customer Relations be top-notch. However, upon stepping into their store, I immediately felt at ease with the staff and had intended to purchase a refurbished computer from them. Instead, they convinced me to bring in my malfunctioning desktop for inspection. The following day, they successfully repaired it and performed updates. It now runs even better than before, all at a fraction of the cost of a new computer. The issue turned out to be the hard drive, but they managed to clone the old drive to the new one, ensuring no data loss.
