Audcomp has seen a decline in the quality of their service over the past month. It appears that our company will be switching to a competitor once our current contract expires. It's quite surprising how every time we contact our usual contacts, we are informed that they have moved on to better opportunities. It seems like there's a new person handling our account every other month. Recently, we received an email blast from Audcomp announcing a change in their entire antivirus system, followed by another email stating that the whole team had been replaced due to COVID. It's becoming unclear if anyone at Audcomp knows how things operate now. My colleagues often struggle to carry out their tasks due to these disruptions. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to management through messages and calls, the responses we receive are along the lines of "we apologize and are working on improving our policies to avoid such issues in the future. Feel free to get in touch if you have any other concerns." This seems to be a standard, nearly copy-pasted response that can be found in other reviews as well. It's disappointing to witness what seems like the crumbling of Audcomp's "4 pillars." I would rate them 0 stars if possible, but Google's minimum is 1 out of 5.
