FLEETNETWORK.ca is offering a below-par customer service experience. I placed an order for two items a month ago, and I have only received one of them. Despite my efforts to contact them via phone and messages, I have not been able to get a response as the lines are always busy and my messages go unanswered. I did manage to chat with a representative online twice in the past couple of weeks, who assured me that the missing item would be shipped soon with tracking information, but I have yet to receive any updates. It is disappointing that this company is not taking care of its customers' needs. I strongly advise against making any purchases from FLEETNETWORK.ca and will be informing others to steer clear of them. Such poor customer service is unacceptable in this day and age. I am giving them zero out of five stars.
