Brought in me laptop 'ere 'cause 'ad some troubles with chargin'. Ray and Lily were proper kind and knowledgeable. They broke it down for me, explained what they reckoned the problem was, and 'ow they'd sort it out - in me case, they needed to swap out the battery.
Sorted it in just 2 days includin' the quick shipping for the new battery. When I came back to fetch it, Ray explained 'xactly what 'e did and even showed me the pictures of 'is work.
Can't say enough good things 'bout their skills and especially their kindness, would highly recommend 'em to anyone in need of computer service.

I 'ad a broken screen on me Lenovo laptop, and after a thoroughly unproductive attempt to 'ave BestBuy repair it (place of purchase, and they insisted it would cost $100 just to get it ‘diagnosed’), I called Tech-Extra after a brief Google search and seein' 'ow local they were to me.
On the phone call, Ray was helpful and asked me to drop the laptop off the followin' day. I dropped it off at about 10am, and Ray advised 'e should be able to get the new screen within 24hrs, and fixed by the end of the next day. 'E called me back at 11am the followin' day to say the screen was fixed, and it was good to go, and all for a perfectly reasonable and acceptable price ($130 for the screen plus labour of $80).
Wonderful experience with this 'ome-business pair in Ray and Lily, would recommend without 'esitation, and I know exactly who I will be callin' next time I 'ave any computer issues! 10 stars out of 5!
