We were on the lookout for vegan alternatives and stumbled upon this place on Google maps by chance.
When we called, we spoke to Sophie who promptly provided us with vegan choices and was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
Al Dente offers fresh homemade pasta and its accompaniments. Their range includes house-made sauces, salads, soups, condiments, pies, desserts, and a plethora of delicious treats.
Sophie was extremely knowledgeable and attentive.
They serve vegan ravioli that even some of the finest Italian restaurants don't offer.
The flavors were incredible and the dishes were wonderfully fresh.
I adored the herbed olive oil and the red veggie sauce.
The vegan meatballs, made with tofu and squash, were absolutely delicious, unlike the types made with beyond meat that are found in the market.
I would be thrilled if they opened a branch in Toronto or if stores in Toronto started selling their products.
This is the best pasta I've had in a very long time.
An exceptional place to purchase freshly made pasta.
Outstanding and attentive service.

A most cordial greeting from the proprietor Julie and the staff we encountered....We phoned in our order for a birthday feast....Commenced with appetizers of shellfish cocktail, crabcake, seafood lasagna, lobster Wellington....Our inaugural visit to Al Dente was truly delightful. The dishes simply need a reheat in the oven and are exquisite, truly succulent....No worries for future gatherings at home; it's on par with a Master Chef’s creations....Julie even gifted us a slice of their renowned chocolate tart....Many thanks once more, Al Dente....Hats off to the entire team
