I stumbled upon an unusual discovery - a little washer in a can of soup. I reached out to the customer service hotline number but was met with no assistance; they wouldn't even take my name. After persisting with another call and insisting on some sort of resolution, I visited the store to file a complaint. They noted down the details but that was the extent of it. I'm yet to receive any follow-up. The only offer made was a refund, which is quite underwhelming considering the cost of the soup can was a mere 67 cents. Disappointing, to say the least.

I was so gutted after witnessing the lack of professionalism at the photo centre here. I drove all the way from Innisfil, about an hour's journey, to get some photos developed here. After completing the task, I was offered a free photo session. Thinking it would be a great opportunity, I agreed to them arranging an appointment for me on March 30th. As the date approached, I did find it peculiar that it was scheduled for that holiday, but the day before, I actually received a text from Walmart reminding me and confirming the appointment. The day arrived, and I spent ages putting on makeup and getting my 2 kids ready to drive down to the photo place for a whole hour. Upon arrival, I discovered that the store was closed!

This was a major letdown and surprise because not only did the staff mess up the appointment time, but the notification system exacerbated the situation and caused me to waste a significant part of my day. This clearly demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism in how an appointment can be wrongly scheduled like this. So, if you ever consider booking something at this location, make sure to double-check that the staff are aware of the correct date!

The staff over there are getting quite rude, there are two pairs in particular. The produce workers in the veg department are shockingly rude and there's another one on checkout who can be a bit uncouth - she has been known to pass gas and make inappropriate comments in front of customers. We always steer clear of that checkout. I wonder why we even bother going there. Oh yes, it's for the pharmacy. The staff there are wonderful - never too busy and always very polite. Great service indeed!

I would say it's a top spot for groceries, baby and kids' essentials, and some household items. They also have fantastic deals on costumes. However, it's definitely not the best for clothing! The McDonald's there is handy for a quick bite and some relaxation, even though it's a bit outdated and not the cleanest.

These Walmart employees are dreadfully rude and impolite. I spent nearly three hours trying to purchase a bicycle, asking several workers for help, but they showed no interest in assisting me. The customer service manager, in particular, was unhelpful as she tried to sell me the display bicycle. When I chose a red one, she quoted $99 after discount and tax, but at the register, she demanded $148. She didn't bother to verify it. If you can, it would be best to visit a different store.

The staff are ever so friendly. Loads of self-checkout counters available. The establishment is kept in tip-top condition.

A jolly good spot and a rather large emporium with just about all you could ever fancy. The hitch begins when you come to realize that there's nary a soul to lend a hand in guiding you to your desires or provide general assistance. You must peruse all you desire (be it online or otherwise) and then venture forth to make your purchase.
The apparel appears quite dapper and makes for fine souvenirs. The cashiers are swift, even if they do seem rather weary at all times. The vast parking area is quite the boon, and they have a wee McDonald's nestled within, which can stave off hunger pangs if you intend on indulging in extensive shopping.
A decent establishment, but it could do with a dash of cheer among its staff, or at the very least, a helpful crew to elevate the experience.
Cynthia Myers (2025-04-09, 11:48 p.m.):
The staff at this department store are truly lovely and ever so helpful. They have a knack for remembering their regular customers and always manage to make you feel appreciated in a subtle manner. The store itself is impeccably clean. However, I must say that the section for boys' clothing in sizes 3T-4 does leave a bit to be desired in terms of selection.

A jolly good Walmart, if I do say so myself. Quite easy to navigate with all the usual sections, including a charming garden center. Although, they do have a tendency to run out of certain products and fail to replenish them. I've been on the hunt for phyllo pastry for quite a while now, but it seems they never manage to get it back in stock. Mind you, this could very well be a hiccup on the supplier's end. Cheers!
Stephen Cook (2025-04-05, 2:58 a.m.):
Items are forever out of stock. We're talking about essential grocery items like chicken, sugar, pasta, and the like. I've ceased squandering my time to save $3 on my grocery bill and have shifted to other establishments. I've ceased visiting all Walmart stores in the area due to this issue - get your act together pronto.

QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES

One must exercise caution and review their receipts, as Eco fees are being added to batteries and milk products.

Quite dubious activities are afoot. The managers seem to lack awareness!

Gradually siphoning off your funds.

Numerous shelves are bare, and customer service is sorely lacking. I fail to comprehend why cashiers must be so unpleasant to the very customers who sustain them.
Matthew Campbell (2025-04-04, 1:28 a.m.):
They 'ave a wide range of clothing, but there be only one set o' changin' rooms in the women's section. The grub be of good quality and the items be separated into well-thought-out aisles.
