I reside at 288 Twenty Street. It appears we've been hit by consecutive snowstorms, yet the snow plows seem to have overlooked our area. Our driveway remains impassable and the parking lot untouched by their plows. We've been forced to relocate our vehicle since yesterday without any sign of the plows. A resident even got stuck attempting to access the lot, and now all spaces are occupied. Urgently requesting assistance to clear the stranded vehicles and make the parking lot accessible.

Last week, I reached out to Dominique Filion's firm for landscape maintenance services involving grass mowing and flower bed upkeep. I was assured that they would promptly conduct an evaluation and provide me with a quotation. I inquired about availability for the ongoing season, and the lady on the phone confirmed there was still capacity. Despite expressing my concerns about the current scarcity of labor, she maintained that there was space. Consequently, I exercised patience and awaited their visit.

However, this morning, a different lady contacted me to convey that they could no longer accommodate my request. This resulted in a wasted week spent in search of a reliable company. When I pointed out that I had been previously informed of availability, the lady consulted her superiors, who ultimately declined the service. It would have been more appropriate for the company to specify the uncertainty of their service offering during our initial conversation given the circumstances. I believe it is unprofessional for a company to act in such a manner, particularly amidst labor shortages. In this scenario, the company holds all the cards, which is rather disadvantageous for the customer.

Edit: A refund for the incomplete work was issued after this feedback was shared. However, we remain dissatisfied with the service and the way the situation was managed.
