Mysterious fees, unpleasant treatment; it's wise to seek out a reputable office in the city that truly understands the intricacies of the legal system.

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience dealing with Teena Leschinski in two land transactions. While she is not an attorney, she presents herself as quite knowledgeable and willing to take charge, often coming off as rude, intolerable, and a bit of a know-it-all. Overall, I found her assistance to be lacking. On a positive note, she did direct me to a helpful government of Saskatchewan website, where I managed to navigate the application process for obtaining a new title for the property we were in the midst of selling. However, I was left feeling incredibly frustrated by the amount of work I had to undertake myself, despite paying Busse Law for their services to ensure a smooth and prompt legal transfer. What should have been a simple task turned into months of submitting my own applications, awaiting approvals and correspondences, before finally receiving the necessary paperwork to conclude a process I had initiated months prior. I felt abandoned by Busse Law and, despite having to shoulder most of the workload myself, still had to foot the bill for their supposedly professional assistance. This experience served as a harsh lesson that seeking professional help does not always equate to a streamlined or expedited transaction; in fact, it only added to my burden. As a result, I would not recommend Busse Law and, especially, Teena Leschinski for any future legal matters.

I must say, Busse Law has provided me with exceptional service, professionalism, expertise, and efficiency. Their pricing is fair, and they went above and beyond to assist me even when I was no longer in the province. I highly recommend them for all your legal needs.
