I say, it's quite the pickle we found ourselves in, what with a signed agreement and a right tight schedule, you see. Jamie Wells over at Web Conductors was well aware of our status as a Non for Profit organization, yet they refused to accept a good ol' cheque as payment when we made it clear it was our only means of payment as a Non for Profit.

They neglected to inform us of their payment terms beforehand, and it wasn't until after the fact, when I couldn't pay with a credit card due to our association not having one, that the issue arose. By then, it was too late to consider the other vendors interested in our project. They've left us in a right proper bind, causing us to potentially miss out on capturing our events due to their unprofessional behavior.

I must say, the lack of customer service and transparency has left me terribly disappointed. I wouldn't recommend engaging with this company, as they seem to be all smoke and mirrors, if you ask me.

In hindsight, I ought to have selected a company that values local businesses, for this lot couldn't care less about our plight.

I will definitely not be using this company for my website needs again and I highly advise against it. Diwaker, though, was an absolute gem. He definitely deserves an A+ in our books.
