Dave was brilliant, very thorough, welcoming, and extremely helpful! We visited another repair shop at Walmart and didn't quite feel at ease with their service. I would definitely endorse this store, they won't overcharge you, they're upfront and that's quite rare these days!

Popped in to snag a new battery for me daughter's blower. Mick tested the blower and was dead honest with me, telling me straight up this fix wouldn't last forever. Opted for a newer blower instead and he laid out all the choices for second-hand blowers. Once everything got shifted over, he made sure to test it all out and demonstrate that the whole kit and kaboodle was working proper. Top-notch customer service, bang-up value. No question, I'll swing by again if any other blower troubles pop up.

This chap knows their stuff, I tell you! A real expert in mobile phone repairs. They took the time to unravel the mystery of what led to the issue, and laid out step by step what needed to be done to put things right. Not only did they clarify why batteries are inclined to go kaput, but they also took the trouble to display the old bloated battery and demonstrated how it caused the screen to jut out from the frame. Top-notch service, I must say!

I must say, I thought I knew a lot about handling mobile phones, but I stand corrected. I brought my wife's pre-owned iPhone to this repair shop to have the battery replaced before selling it, and Dave, the owner, enlightened me on several other factors to take into account with both the used phone and our current ones. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was extremely supportive in addressing our concerns. He upgraded the used phone, offered valuable insights for the sale, and overall provided excellent service. I wholeheartedly endorse iBroken for any mobile phone-related issues.

Initially they were absolutely brilliant! They repaired my mobile phone the moment I arrived, and the price was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop... They've turned out to be quite disappointing! The replacement screen cracked just a few weeks later, and they refused to take responsibility for their work. (No, I didn't drop my phone)... Avoid this place.

Instead of driving to the iPhone store at Market Mall, we decided to give iBroken a chance. Let me tell you, I was blown away by Ben! Not only was he super knowledgeable, but he was also friendly and professional. He quickly identified the issue and provided us with all the details we needed to decide on the repair. He even mentioned that it could be fixed on the same day. The repair job was top-notch! We will definitely be returning to do business here in the future.

I say, I had dropped me phone a few times, but never as bad as this, mate. The LCD was smashed in one corner and the screen, though functioning, could not be seen. Thank the stars, it was Friday. I got on me computer and found the only place that repaired Essentials. iBroken. I booked an appointment for 2:00 the next day, Saturday. I was half way there from Olds, AB when me car died. It was 1:30. I thought, "by the time I can get to Airdrie now, they'll be closed or I'll be unable to get me phone in because I'm late, innit." I got to the shop just before 4:00, and David was very understanding. He took me phone and detailed for me that it would take a few day to get the parts necessary for me repairs. On top of that it would cost almost the value of the phone. After thinking a moment, I assured him, "I think that's worth it." Dave took me information and I left me phone with him. That Wednesday I got an e-mail saying me phone was done and it showed the price of the repair being very close to the agreed upon estimate. I was able to get to Airdrie on Friday and Dave walked me through the repair process. I thanked him, paid up and I am now the satisfied owner of a repaired Essential PH-1. I hope to have it available for as long as the phone survives. Thanks Dave.
