I 'ad trouble chargin' me phone, ya know? Thought I'd 'ave to replace the charge port or somethin' more serious. Took it in, they gave it a quick cleanin' and found a bunch of lint in the port. No charge for the cleanin', and now me phone charges again. Brilliant service!! Definitely gonna come back 😎...

Replaced the screen on my iPhone6. Paid $130 for it, but it stopped working after only 56 days, completely blank. I know they have a 30-day warranty, but this is just not acceptable. The store wouldn't offer a discount on a new screen or check if the previous one was defective (I didn't drop it or get it wet). I was told that a 30-day warranty should be sufficient and that a 1 or 2 day warranty would be enough to tell if the screen fails. I'll take my business elsewhere. NOT RECOMMENDED.

My phone was not charging, so I was using wireless chargers all the time. Chase fixed it in no time! I highly recommend going to Chase and his team for any repairs you might need!

I dropped mah Hauwei in watah & mah battery began to swell aftah a few days. Took mah phone in to the chaps at iBroken & they were absolutely splendid! Ordered a new battery & Taylor did the repair. Very helpful & informative!! Fixed mah phone in hours & I'm so chuffed to fix mah existing phone rather than replace! Highly recommend iBroken for all yah tech needs!!

Top-notch service from beginning to end! James really went the extra mile for me. Initially, my charge port on my Note 5 was busted, and instead of shelling out $95 for repairs and being phone-less for a while, he recommended a wireless charger that kept me going until I upgraded to the Note 8. But then, just a week later, I managed to crack the screen on my new phone. Most places would charge an arm and a leg for that repair - around $600, in fact. However, James managed to sort it out for me for well under $500 and completed the job quicker than anticipated. A solid 5-star rating all around!
