I 'ad the screen changed on me iPhone XR with a one year warranty. A couple o' months later, the screen stops workin'. I went back to the store and they wanted $140 for the repair. Bit of a nuisance, if you ask me!

So I popped in to get my phone screen fixed, yeah? Checked their website beforehand to make sure they had it in stock, yeah? But when I got there, no joy, mate! They didn't have the screen for my phone. Went back on their site, did a little inspect element trick, and found out that the item's availability was hardcoded. Lesson learned: always give 'em a bell before you rock up, innit?

I called to inquire about my water-damaged cell phone, and the employee asked for the device's name and operating system before instructing me to bring it in. He explained that they would need to dismantle the phone and soak it in a solution, with an 80% chance of success. However, upon arriving at the shop, I was informed that they didn't have the necessary tools or a battery tester.

Despite this setback, the employee still insisted on taking in my device and mentioned dismantling it methodically using "logic," without elaborating on the process. When I tried to ask further questions, he brushed me off and suggested I look online for answers. This dismissive attitude, coupled with the lack of preparedness and professionalism, left me feeling frustrated and like my time had been wasted.

I popped in for a screen replacement post a water mishap. Opted for the lifetime warranty screen (mk3).
48 hours later, the touchscreen was on strike. It was on my return that I was informed there was no warranty as the water wasn't decontaminated.

I would've appreciated being informed about this warranty clause at the beginning of the repair process; a bit lacking in trust and professionalism...

I recently brought in my iPhone to have the microphone repaired at this phone repair shop, a task that typically only takes about an hour. To my disappointment, when I received my phone back, it had not even been tested and was still experiencing issues with randomly shutting down. It seems like they may have actually damaged my iPhone, as they have now been attempting to fix it for the past 5 days. I would strongly advise against using their services as the lack of professionalism is evident.

So, they promised to mend me phone in 24 hours, turned up the next day and lo and behold, they hadn't even received the part yet. They should have given me a bell, right? A week later, still nada on the part. Then two weeks down the line, I give 'em a ring and they say it's all set for collection. How long has it been set? Your guess is as good as mine because they couldn't be fussed to give me a tinkle...
Apart from that, friendly folks and decent prices. Might give another spot a whirl next time.
