Absolutely outstanding service at this establishment.

The team here is incredibly helpful, and the overall atmosphere is just fantastic. Huge thanks to Chris for his clear guidance on how to upgrade the SSD on my girlfriend's older MacBook Pro.

I usually work with PCs, not Apple products, but after speaking with Chris, I felt much more at ease about taking on this upgrade. It was reassuring to hear that if I encounter any issues, I can return and have them handle it for a fair price. If my DIY attempt doesn't pan out, I will definitely return and gladly pay for their services, solely based on their exceptional customer care.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking assistance with their Apple devices!

I popped into the shop to fix up my MacBook Pro and we were sorted out in a jiffy. We had the simply computing warranty and they fixed everything up within 3 days. The service team was really helpful, especially Navneet.

I popped in today to swap out a device and pick up a new one. Had to lug along my 2-year-old and my pup. The little one was all over the place, but the staff were so sweet and understanding. I gotta say, I'm a huge fan of this shop. I've been snagging all my Apple gear from here for over 4 years now. They consistently offer solid and honest guidance on Apple products. Big thanks to Simply Computing on Broadway in Vancouver for treating us so well today.

Absolutely top-notch service from the team at Simply Computing! I was having a bit of trouble with the SIM card tray on my phone while on the go, but these folks quickly and expertly took care of it for me. And can you believe it? They didn't even charge me for the service. A real solid favor from a truly solid team. Massive thanks to them!

I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment. They do not appear to be genuine Apple specialists. Recently, my son took his one-year-old Apple laptop there because the delete key had fallen off. Instead of just fixing the key, they claimed that the entire motherboard needed replacing, quoting a cost of $1.2K. When my son asked for his laptop back, they seemed reluctant to return it. He only went there because it was a walk-in service. Fortunately, he managed to secure an appointment with Apple. They simply replaced the delete key at no charge. If you have an Apple product in need of repair, I recommend going directly to Apple where you will find true professionals.

Simply Computing is a legit apple dealer - so in my opinion just as good as the Apple Store for what I need!

We've bought 2 x iPads, 2 x computers, and most recently my phone from Simply Computing.

Their customer service is top-notch and their knowledge of the products is outstanding.

Sartec (hope I got that right) was extremely friendly, helpful, and clear about my iPad and iPhone repairs - and we even got the fixed unit back earlier than expected!

Sea Bass showed me some cool tricks for my iPhone - like how to use the Files app to automatically upload large video clips straight to Dropbox or Google Drive - and knew all the best integrations for video and photo editing apps.

Plus, they are much more convenient for me to reach and they have 8+ parking spots out back, making it easier to visit compared to going to an Apple Store.

Their version of Apple Care includes an extra year, so a 1-year Apple Care becomes 2 years with Simply Computing! (They limit replacements to x 2 whereas Apple Care is unlimited, but I personally prefer the extra year!)

We'll definitely be loyal customers for a long time to come!

I recently purchased an I-Mac Pro from Otto Liang on the 6th of January. I just wanted to express how delighted and satisfied I am with the service, the time, and the effort that Otto provided. It took me 3 days to finalize the purchase, and Otto displayed remarkable patience throughout the process. He also did a fantastic job explaining the contrasts between my old Air and the new Pro model. Otto is truly a valuable salesperson and tech support specialist, and I would rate him a solid 5+. Thank you, Otto!

I'm absolutely thrilled to share my recent experience at Simply Computing on Broadway in Vancouver. The customer service I received was top-notch.

My journey started with a call to Lochlan. He patiently listened and recommended that I bring in my MacBook for assistance. Upon my arrival, Lochlan was busy with another customer, so Sebastion stepped in to lend a hand. Sebastion went above and beyond to help me fix my issue and ensured that I felt comfortable and capable of handling it on my own. As a senior, I often struggle with resolving computer problems, but Sebastion made it seem effortless.

I will definitely continue to support Simply Computing. Their team consistently treats me with respect and shows genuine care for my business.

I wholeheartedly endorse this company and their Broadway location.
Adam Peterson (2025-06-03, 1:20 a.m.):
I popped into the Broadway & Burrard shop in Vancouver to get some help setting up my new iPhone with my Apple Watch. Otto and Sarthak were right there to assist me - really friendly and professional. Big thanks to them. Cheers!
Scott Lee (2025-05-29, 12:37 a.m.):
I was in a right pickle with my laptop, mate. Took it down to Simply and I tell you what, couldn't have asked for a better experience. The blokes there were dead patient and helpful, didn't make me feel silly for asking questions. Definitely gonna be telling all me mates about 'em! Big up to Seabass for always remembering me name when I popped in, top bloke. Cheers!

I was absolutely chuffed to bits when I stumbled upon Simply Computing. They've got a proper good selection of both brand spanking new and pre-loved Apple gear. My new computer had to be able to connect to all sorts of things, some through older ports where I didn't fancy messing about with a bunch of adapters. Turns out, the new Mac Mini was just the ticket for me. Blaine really got what I was after and was an absolute font of knowledge, helping me in every possible way. Absolutely top-notch service, 5 stars all the way!!!
Rebecca Collins (2025-05-20, 5:39 a.m.):
My experience at the mobile phone repair shop was absolutely smashing! I popped in without an appointment and was attended to right away by the lovely Blaine. In just a jiffy, he pinpointed the hiccup with my brand-new iPhone 14 and fixed it up good as new. If I could give this experience a rating of 10 out of 5, I'd happily do so! Top-notch service! Cheers to you, Blaine!
Joan Nelson (2025-05-20, 12:04 a.m.):
Chris was an absolute lifesaver! He helped me set up my folks' computer and sorted out some issues with my iPhone. Such a friendly and efficient service! All my tech problems were fixed in no time. I highly recommend Simply Computing for anyone needing tech support.
Anna Turner (2025-05-19, 7:00 p.m.):
I would give Simply Computing a perfect 10 stars if I had the chance. Their service is always top-notch - they really go above and beyond to help you out. I love how they always consider what's best for the customer, offering the most practical and cost-effective solutions to any issue you may encounter. I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for Apple sales or service. I highly recommend them without any hesitation!
Margaret Turner (2025-05-17, 11:27 p.m.):
This place has quickly become my go-to spot for picking up Apple tech products without dealing with the chaos of a crowded Apple store.

Just a heads-up, their return policy can be a bit complex, so I'd advise giving it a thorough read-through before making any purchases.

Brian is an absolute gem - super friendly and knowledgeable. My shopping experience at the store was top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
Linda Thomas (2025-05-17, 7:07 a.m.):
This here comment is from the Simply Computing website, and let me tell you, it's a load of rubbish:
"If your Apple gadget has AppleCare or AppleCare+, we can offer the same level of service and extend Apple's terms and conditions."
Now, that's just not right at all. They expect me to sit around for 3-4 days just to fix a phone with a cracked back? Apple would have replaced it in a jiffy. How on earth is that the same level of service?
What a waste of time and effort.

Update after hearing back from the company: I took my phone down to the Apple Store at Pacific Centre and had it fixed in under 45 minutes. It's incredible to me that they're still trying to say they offer the exact same repair process. THEY DON'T and THEY SHOULDN'T BE SAYING THEY DO!
Jesse Barnes (2025-05-15, 11:01 p.m.):
I absolutely adore the service at this place compared to the Apple Genius Bar. Just the other day, Uma went above and beyond to assist me in resolving a frustrating problem where my iPhone camera wouldn't disconnect from my laptop. The recommended "Mac Camera List" was causing confusion. It actually required the search term "continuity camera" and for that toggle to be turned off. Huge thanks to Simply once more!
Ryan Walker (2025-05-14, 8:49 p.m.):
I 'ad me first chat with a bloke over the blower, 'oo answered all me questions and sorted out a time for me to drop off me work laptop wif an estimate of 3-4 business days turnaround. When I rocked up a week or so later to drop off me device, another chap 'elped me within a minute of steppin' into the shop. 'E did a bang-up job in assessin' me device and runnin' the necessary tests to make sure there weren't any other issues to look at while it was there. 'E also suggested a better peripheral device and explained why 'e reckoned it was a good idea, which I ended up buyin' that day. The check-in process took a bit longer than I expected, but 'e apologized for it, though I know from me tech background that devices don't always cooperate; I was ready for a longer appointment. Got a call a few days later sayin' me device was ready for pick-up, and I grabbed it the next day. The fella acknowledged me straight away, quickly gave me back me gear, and wished me a lovely day. Their Apple Specialist 'ad fixed up me computer and it's runnin' like a charm! No more battery issues (replaced the parts). All in all, 'twas a top-notch experience wif the team at Simply Computing on Broadway, and I'll definitely be back if I 'ave any future troubles or needs! Cheers for the stellar customer service!
Timothy Graham (2025-05-14, 5:44 p.m.):
The folks over at this place, especially Mr. Andrew Neary who helped me out, sorted me out with a top-notch refurbished laptop in mint condition on short notice and for a fair price. They were super helpful and straight-up about the costs of fixing versus getting a new one for my busted laptop. Top-notch service all around!
Catherine Green (2025-05-14, 4:01 p.m.):
Y'know, leaving a review seems to be the only way to get in touch with this shop; all my voicemails and texts post-service have been ignored. I had a grand ol' time with Robert, who checked me in. But after that, things took a turn for the worse. I went in 'cause of a cracked screen. The lad I picked my computer up from kept talkin' over me when I tried to ask questions and point out a billing error (they were tryin' to charge me for a service I didn't ask for or agree to and didn't deduct my deposit from the total bill). They backed up my computer without askin'; I'd already done that meself and now I can't get an answer on what's happened with that file now that my computer's back. When I turned on my computer, I got a systems notification sayin' "client monitoring" had been installed—I've no clue what that is, why it'd be necessary for fixin' a cracked screen, or how to find and remove it.

Sure, me screen got replaced and that part of the service is fine, but the whole experience feels a bit intrusive and I'm hesitant to trust 'em in the future without an explanation for these peculiar incidents.
