It is incredibly frustrating to have these problems with a $4000 computer. Despite multiple visits, Bureau en Gros refused to replace it and instead suggested a paid diagnostic service. I was shocked that I had to pay for them to analyze a computer I had purchased just a month prior. Additionally, they declined to offer an exchange. Apple claims it is the responsibility of the seller to handle exchanges, yet Bureau en Gros refused to assist. I highly recommend avoiding this store, as you will likely encounter similar difficulties.

It's disappointing when employees in customer service roles lack enthusiasm for their work. I made a purchase on this occasion, but I won't be a repeat customer.
