There simply aren't sufficient words to convey the level of ineptitude exhibited by the post office... aggressive, discourteous, lacking in professionalism, unwelcoming, uninformed, uncivilized... shall I continue?
Chloe Wilson (2025-05-24, 3:50 p.m.):
I must say, I was rather disappointed with the lack of attention to detail from the postal service. Despite our efforts to inform them of our change of address, they failed to check the system for mail forwarding before delivering our parcels. Consequently, we ended up losing packages due to an error on the part of their employees, and there was no attempt to make amends for the inconvenience caused. It's a shame that even parcel insurance couldn't save the day. Happy holidays, I suppose.

I've popped by the post office a couple of times to send off some parcels, and I must say, on each occasion, the staff behind the counter seemed rather nonplussed about having to assist customers. It's almost as if they expect you to be familiar with every aspect of the mailing procedure and they come across as irritated by any queries, projecting an air of not wanting to fulfill their duties. Not exactly the friendliest or most amiable bunch. My advice? Try another post office if you're after a more pleasant interaction with the staff.
Nathan Brooks (2025-05-21, 7:55 p.m.):
My experience at the post office today was absolutely terrible. There was this elderly gentleman assisting me with shipping a package, which I had never done before, and he was incredibly rude. It made the whole process a complete nightmare. If I ever have to visit the post office again and encounter him, I will request another staff member or simply walk out. If I could give a negative star rating instead of the lowest one, I definitely would. I hope he hasn't treated others in the same way.
Cynthia Carter (2025-05-13, 7:55 p.m.):
I must say, I am quite appalled by the manner in which I was treated today when I called to inquire about a package that I had dispatched a mere 5-10 minutes prior. After dropping off the package and paying for its shipment, I sought information regarding the added insurance, only to be informed that they could not share any details, despite it being my own package. The employee did not request any verification from me and was rather discourteous. When I inquired about removing the insurance, I received a curt and definitive "No."

I find it rather disappointing that I paid $66 for shipping to Quebec, yet the staff seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns regarding my parcel. This lack of professionalism is truly disheartening. It appears that I may have to resort to using FedEx and their higher prices in order to receive proper customer service.

Canada Post has left me feeling let down, and I will not be patronizing them any longer.
Steven Patterson (2025-05-09, 10:46 p.m.):
They're only open until 5 and can't even be bothered to stay open for a few hours on a Saturday? Seems quite disrespectful to those of us who work during the week.
Johnny Watson (2025-05-01, 6:31 p.m.):
Big shoutout to Linda down at the post office who really saved the day by going the extra mile to help me track down a lost tracking number! Much appreciated!
Gloria Turner (2025-04-22, 3:04 a.m.):
Arnprior post office refuses to deliver our mail due to their delivery person's fear of a few rocks. It seems they are content with holding our mail hostage, all while making a hefty hourly wage. There was no effort made to inform anyone of this issue, leaving my neighbor waiting at home for an important check, unaware that Canada Post Arnprior is withholding it. One must wonder what the delivery person is occupied with all day, being paid to neglect their duties. If it were possible, I would give them a one-star rating. Additionally, their customer service proved to be lacking as they repeatedly hung up on me when I inquired about my mail. It appears they were not keen on addressing my concerns.
