My supervisor asked me to jot this down since she's not very tech-savvy... I absolutely adore the French fries! They remind me of Keith's back home in Gouls. No frills and no fancy stuff always means great food!! What a cool little bistro on the main road in Black Diamond. The portions are huge and the food tastes so homemade, it’s not just homemade, but homemade with 🧡🧡. Absolutely the best poutine I've ever had.

This place gets busy quickly around lunchtime so better arrive early to snag a seat. It's gonna be my new Saturday tradition, Millarville Market followed by lunch at Soft Rock Bistro.

One gets a tremendous amount of food for the price at this establishment. The grand poutine is sufficient to satisfy three individuals, yet it only costs $13. I opted for a modest portion and still had leftovers. The fries were exquisite, and they were quite generous with the cheese curds, unlike other establishments. The prices for all their offerings were quite fair. I intend to revisit and sample their turkey pot pie and tourtiere.
