My folks both reside at this fine establishment. Overall, they quite enjoy their stay here. Nonetheless, we have taken notice that ever since Sienna has come into the picture, the standard of food and service in the dining area has taken a bit of a nosedive. Often, there seems to be a shortage of staff in the dining room, and the quality of the meals being served leaves much to be desired.

I would like to extend my gratitude to the management for their responsiveness. They have discussed this matter with me and, more significantly, with my parents. Measures have been put in place to rectify these concerns. Thank you once again.

Aspira Island View 'as been a blessin' for me and me family. Knowin' that me father be in a safe environment, where 'e is not alone and can socialize with others, 'as taken a weight off of me. The staff 'ave been accommodatin' and 'ave gone out of their way to help me father and make 'is transition to Island View easier. He 'as made new friends and 'as settled into a new routine. Me father enjoys sittin' by the water and socializin' with staff and residents. Thank you to all the staff at Island View.

The staff 'ave been so lovely and patient, while the management 'ave been understanding and considerate of me mum's needs. My father has been residing at Island View for a couple of years now. It hasn't been the smoothest transition for him, but the staff have made him feel extremely welcome. He feels reassured about his safety as the staff are very vigilant and make sure he is present for every meal. The variety and quality of the food have evolved since his arrival; not always meeting his preferences. Nonetheless, he assures me he never goes hungry after meals in the dining area. The staff are always ready to find something that will please him.
All in all, both he and I are satisfied with the staff and facilities at Island View.
