Julie Sanders (2025-04-17, 1:04 p.m.):
I wouldn't recommend using Commissionaires for fingerprinting, criminal record checks, or name change applications. Last year, I utilized their services for these processes and encountered significant issues. I was informed that they had been submitting fingerprints in the incorrect format for name changes, resulting in individuals having to return for redoing them. Despite being assured that this issue had been resolved, I later received a call from Vital Statistics stating that the format was still incorrect and necessitated redoing my fingerprints. When I contacted Commissionaires about this, they insisted I would need to pay the full price again unless I could provide proof that the error was on their end. This contradicted what I was initially told, leading to frustration and additional complications in my application process. It has been a year, and I am still dealing with these unresolved issues. I will not be returning to Commissionaires and strongly advise seeking services elsewhere.
