Summoned a taxi to head home, and it was my maiden experience with this particular service. The chauffeur arrived tardily, and upon entering the vehicle, I clearly stated my destination. However, a minute later, I discovered via the radio that the driver was actually scheduled for someone else. Fortunately, the driver managed to drop us both at our respective homes, albeit it made for a rather uncomfortable ride. It is imperative for drivers to ascertain the identity of their passengers beforehand and confirm the intended destination to prevent such mishaps from occurring.

I have been a long-time and loyal customer since they started their business, but since all the good drivers left, it has gone completely downhill. I tried to stick it out, but when none of the "new" taxi drivers can ever find my apartment anymore, the last straw was this past Thursday when one of the drivers started to argue with me because dispatch didn't provide my full address and then blamed me for not fully understanding his job or doing his job. I also heard that this same driver started arguing with a blind man because the said taxi driver had to get out and help guide the man to the car. I think you should have better hiring practices. I have since switched taxi services.
