We were able to enjoy a leisurely stroll around Baie-St-Paul, exploring the offerings of various local farmers and artisans. The honey was exquisite, the chocolate heavenly, and the produce incredibly fresh. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, Olivier managed to captivate us with his stories, sharing insights into the region's history and kindly addressing our many questions on historical topics.
