Absolutely top-notch service. Jay was an absolute gem of a driver - turned up early at our Banff hotel and got us to Calgary Airport with time to spare. Can't recommend them enough.
We found ourselves in a bit of a pickle on Sunday night needing a ride from Calgary Airport to Banff thanks to some flight delays. Banff Shuttle really came through for us! They were top-notch to work with and our driver was simply splendid. Big thanks for saving the day and ensuring our group trip went off without a hitch. Much obliged!
I 'ad the pleasure of collaboratin' with Banff Airport Shuttle in transportin' people for our event between Banff Centre and the Cave and Basin Historical Site. Jay was a top bloke to work with from the first phone call 'n was right grand to offer 'is time as a driver so we could fit it in our budget as a charitable organization. He showed up early, met with me, 'n was so patient as we gathered everyone for the shuttles. From start to finish over the 2 days we worked together, we were proper impressed with Banff Airport Shuttle 'n would recommend 'em to anyone considerin' them, no doubt.
Top-notch shuttle service, I must say! My flight had a bit of a delay, but that didn't bother them one bit as they waited patiently outside the terminal to whisk us away. The price was right, and the service was absolutely fantastic!

Absolutely brilliant service! I was in need of a last-minute Limo and gave them a ring at 9am. By noon, they had a fabulous Limo all set for us. The price was excellent too!

I must say, the service provided was well below par. I requested a shuttle and was met with complete silence. It seems like there might be a need for some new staff members to freshen things up around here.

Booked a shuttle from Banff to Calgary for around 9:30 pm on July 30. As we weren't sure of the exact arrival time of our train, the Rocky Mountaineer, we were instructed to call upon our arrival. I paid a deposit of $100 plus $13 in taxes as per the invoice when making the reservation, without realizing that Alberta only charges a 5% G.S.T. Called the dispatch at 9:06 pm upon our arrival in Banff, the person on the line seemed unaware of my reservation. Eventually, he informed me that there were no available vehicles in Banff and one would need to come from Calgary to pick us up, which could take at least an hour and a half. It wasn't ideal, but given the time of day, it appeared we had limited options. When I contacted a taxi service in Banff, they offered to pick us up in 15 to 20 minutes for a price about $30 higher than the Banff Shuttle service. Upon calling the Banff Shuttle service again, they proposed canceling my reservation and refunding my deposit. We opted for the taxi at the higher cost rather than being stranded in Banff. When I received my Mastercard statement, the refund was $13 short. Upon inquiring with the shuttle service, I was informed that the $13 was a credit card fee, not taxes as indicated on the invoice. Despite my explanation, they stood firm on their policy. I have initiated a dispute with Mastercard, and as a next step, I will be reaching out to the taxation department for clarification.
While on me holiday in Banff National Park, I made a spur-of-the-moment decision to venture to Moraine Lake. Luckily, I managed to book a sunrise shuttle two days ahead through their website.

In addition to being a safe driver, he showcased an impressive knowledge of various park locations and provided valuable insights for my future travels.
