Absolute rubbish, this car rental place is a complete shambles. I booked a car online not once but twice, only to be told upon arrival that they had no cars left... What a load of codswallop! If you can't fulfill the bookings you take online, then you ought to get your act together and sort out your systems...

To top it off, they still haven't refunded me for the reservation, and it's been a solid 3 weeks since the first booking was made...

Save yourself the bother and steer clear of these muppets.

I must say, this is me second time renting a vehicle from this establishment and let me tell you, both experiences have been absolutely splendid. Shah went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute request for a car, despite the hectic day they were experiencing. If you're looking to rent a car in the area and embark on an adventure, I highly recommend this place. Their prices are fair, and the customer service is top-notch. I will definitely be returning to them the next time I find meself in these parts.

Professional, tidy, and welcoming service is what you'll find at Hertz Banff. I've rented plenty of vehicles for work and pleasure over the years, and Hertz Banff is truly the top spot to rent from. While I've heard about some negative feedback in the past, those must be outdated because with the new management in place, this location consistently excels in providing top-notch service to customers. Huge thanks to Hertz Banff - you all do an amazing job!

We were in a right pickle when we found ourselves running late and had no idea that the Hertz office shut shop at 1500 hrs. After a day of traveling mishaps, we decided to have a gander at the location for the next day, despite trying to ring them up several times to no avail. To our surprise, the office manager was still hanging about at 1545 hrs after we hoofed it from the town center. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. After a few days of things not going our way, we were over the moon that he managed to sort us out with a vehicle. Absolutely top-notch service.

You can find the office across from the Banff Springs Hotel on the upper roundabout on Spray St. Just keep an eye out for the William Cornelius Horne statue.

Couldn't be happier with the service.

Oh dear, I must say I had quite the experience at this car rental agency. The chap behind the counter was rather rude, I must confess. I was hoping to hire a vehicle for a three-week jaunt and simply wanted a bit of advice on which one to choose. However, he didn't even make an effort and just mentioned he was "occupied with work" (despite me being the only customer in sight). All in all, it’s quite a shame to see such a lack of politeness and friendliness, especially in Canada, known for its lovely hospitality.

Got a message from Shahriyar Mannan from the Banff branch where I returned the car, asking for a copy of my damage report to finalize my account on the 5th. It's now the 8th and my deposit still hasn't been returned. More than 24 hours later, mind you.

He even graciously lent me his personal phone cable, enabling me to utilize Android Auto for my day trip. Whatever salary he is currently receiving, it is simply insufficient for the outstanding service he provides!
