I placed an order for 25 Elbows Up bars from this Chocolate shop over a week ago, and I am disappointed that they have not been shipped yet. What's even worse is that when I was checking out, they asked for tips! I really hope that the employees are being fairly compensated. Please, ship my order soon or provide a refund.
I have sent three emails to this shop with no response, and I even tried calling their office. If I don't hear back, I will be requesting a refund first thing tomorrow. It would be great if this shop could pay their staff better or reserve tipping for in-store purchases only. Everyone is under a lot of pressure at the checkout these days, and we shouldn't have to worry about tipping for online orders. It's just the right thing to do. Peace out.

I purchased a box of assorted chocolates for 12$ and I must say, it was quite disappointing. The chocolates were dry, lacking in flavor, and the quality of the chocolate itself was not up to par. For the price of 12$, you certainly expect a higher standard. To make matters worse, one of the chocolate pieces had bloom on it, making it appear old and grainy. Needless to say, I will not be making another purchase from this shop.
