I procured a telly along with a 3-year extended warranty from Geek Squad back in 2019. I lodged a claim over a year ago when the telly stopped working properly. I've spoken to numerous Geek Squad representatives who inform me that my telly needs to be serviced before I can utilize the warranty. Despite them giving me contact details for a service provider, I can't seem to get in touch with them. I've been attempting for weeks to change my service provider just so I can have my telly fixed and claim on my warranty. I initially assumed this delay was due to the ongoing issues related to COVID, but this level of service is simply unacceptable. My advice would be to steer clear of Geek Squad.
