I've been attending Banff Dental Care for over 10 years, and when the ownership changed hands a year or two ago, I was a bit nervous about whether I would still receive the same level of service (Change can be daunting!) Fortunately, the new owner and dentist, Dr. Ravindra Dhanani is FANTASTIC!! I am extremely pleased with my recent treatment, which included receiving a whitening kit and a new front crown after being advised to see Dr. Barnett in Cochrane for orthodontic work. I couldn't be happier with my new smile (I waited until I was 30 to begin the process, and now at 32 it's complete). Adult braces should never be a source of anxiety! The team at Banff Dental Care is enthusiastic, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable as a patient. Katarina, who manages the Front Desk, is always patient in answering questions, prompt in her responses, and very knowledgeable. And when I visit for hygiene appointments, I see Jocelyn, who is also a valuable member of the team. In fact, she suggested I start orthodontic treatment to improve my gum health, and I can confidently say I'm in a better place now than when I first sat in her chair for a cleaning. Thanks again to this amazing team – as I mentioned before, I just can't stop smiling!!!! :D

One of his colleagues mistakenly scheduled me for a check-up instead of a cleaning, and instead of acknowledging the error, Rob seemed to ignore her and point the finger at me. He simply stated, "Well, you were booked for a check-up," without showing any ownership on behalf of the office or extending a basic apology for the confusion.
The atmosphere felt cold and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. It was an easy decision to leave, and I have no intention of returning.
