I purchased the $5 black forest cake, which has always been fantastic. However, they have recently switched to an eggless black forest cake recipe. Simply dreadful. A complete waste of my hard-earned cash. Please, bring back the original recipe.

Fantastic deals and a splendid array of products. A wonderful place for all your shopping needs! There are plenty of staff members available to assist you in locating items or addressing any queries you may have. I could easily while away the hours in that store!

I occasionally frequent this Walmart. They also have a delightful garden center. The staff were most friendly and helpful.
Carol Peterson (2025-05-14, 1:24 p.m.):
Everything was brilliant apart from the service and attitude of the employees. It was 6 pm, tons of people, and only 2 cashiers available. When I politely enquired about the possibility of opening a few more registers, the response I received from customer service was, "We don't have anyone available," yet simultaneously, I noticed groups of 3-4 employees just standing around chatting. Quite a frustrating experience, I must say!

A few customers can be a tad rambunctious and may put a damper on the cashier's day. Apart from that, it's a fantastic spot to grab essentials in a hurry and enjoy some food (they even have a McDonald's inside the store).

The lady at the checkout (senior) will do racism at you and accuse you of stealing because of your skin color. Train her again, it would be good for you Walmart. Stop judging people that they did not pay, I had to show her receipt and payment for each item.

I found Surbhi to be one of the top employees at Walmart. Helpful, polite, and I always saw her with a smile on her face.

I had a right awful experience at the customer service department. If you're wanting to make a return, I'd suggest trying another Walmart store, else you'll be feeling like a proper chump.

It all went down just yesterday - I was in line and there was this elderly gentleman right before me. He wanted to return a new mop (still in its package). The folks at customer service were dead rude to him, kept asking, "Have you already used it?" It really got my goat.

When I tried to return some baby formula with the receipt, bought only 4 days prior, they flat out said no. I explained that I had only opened one bottle out of the 24-pack because my little one wouldn't take it. Still, they wouldn’t budge.

Afterwards, I rang up Walmart to inquire about their return policy (couldn't find any restrictions on the receipt). They told me they do accept returns for baby formula. So, I took it to another store and got it sorted without any hassle.

I just can't wrap my head around those folk working over there. They're meant to be following store policy, but they're making the whole place seem second-rate.

The cashier was absolutely dreadful, didn't even bother speaking to me as she was too occupied gossiping with a colleague who was off duty. Then, when it was time to settle the bill, she simply swiveled the screen towards me and jabbed at the total without a word. Gave me a downright nasty glare, as if we couldn't manage to foot the bill. Utterly let down by the team here; being pleasant isn't rocket science – this is precisely why self-checkouts are taking over.
Nathan Nguyen (2025-04-27, 9:53 p.m.):
Aye, this place is proper handy, innit? They've got clothes, grub (with a proper grocery section), school gear, bits for the gaff, a pharmacy, toys, gadgets, stuff for the little ones, hardware and tools, sports gear, workout bits, and seasonal bits and bobs... Oh, it's a Walmart mate. Just so you know, they've even got a McDonald's and a bloke sorting out legal documents inside the shop. How mad is that?
Jeremy Wright (2025-04-26, 12:59 a.m.):
Do not expect top-notch customer service at this store, as it can be difficult to locate a staff member. Even if you manage to find one, they may not be able to assist you effectively. The number of cashier checkouts has been reduced to 6, but typically only 4 are operational. More self-checkout lanes are being opened to cut down on labor costs. If you plan on shopping here, make sure to do your research beforehand. They should consider implementing tablets for customers to easily locate items, which is apparently in the works! In the near future, you may see fewer employees around, with most only at returns and some merchandisers. Associates will likely be responsible for cleaning up at closing time.
Bryan Nguyen (2025-04-25, 4:27 a.m.):
Quite packed, parking can be a real bother. I made a beeline for the kitchenware department hunting for canning gear - the shelves were in disarray, with numerous boxes opened and goods scattered on the shelves and floor. The checkout process was decent - they do ask for a fee for bags.
Stephen Reed (2025-04-23, 11:12 a.m.):
I am quite intimidated by the vast array of robot cashiers. It feels like a peek into a bleak future that nobody desires but is bound to become reality. Before long, there will be no human staff left, and everything will be automated, spelling our doom. Nevertheless, the store is somewhat tidy, and the staff are average.
Pamela Perry (2025-04-23, 7:32 a.m.):
An older Filipino employee who works in the PickUp grocery department here is extremely friendly and kind. He made my pickup experience great, and I've been using this service ever since. Well done, Walmart, on introducing this service!
Paul Gutierrez (2025-04-22, 7:10 p.m.):
I'm not one to usually complain, but when I brought up the issue of the yellow-colored chicken, they assured me it was perfectly normal. Reluctantly, I gave it a try and found it to be quite unappetizing. When I requested a refund, they made the process quite difficult. Needless to say, I will no longer be purchasing any groceries from that store. Additionally, I have now made it a habit to always check the expiration dates on products myself, as they seem unreliable at this particular establishment.
Laura Garcia (2025-04-20, 11:24 p.m.):
A massive Walmart with excellent customer service compared to other Walmart stores.
Samantha Ramirez (2025-04-20, 5:51 p.m.):
Never 'ave an issue with Walmart, mate. Ya 'ave to remember there will be queues and there will be slow folks around ya. Just be patient. Walmart is good for all yer 'ousehold day-to-day items, innit.
Nathan Lopez (2025-04-20, 7:13 a.m.):
The prices are increasing every week. Just as bad as the others, I suppose. I'm shopping there less now.
Bryan Baker (2025-04-16, 7:15 p.m.):
This store always seems to never have what I need in stock. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! It was like this before the pandemic, but it seems even worse now. I suppose before the pandemic, I would simply dash to Moncton and go to Walmart there instead of bothering to shop in town.
So vexing and aggravating. I even check the website to confirm items are available before wasting my time journeying all the way there only to find barren shelves of the items I need. What's the purpose of having a website with products that people can order online to receive what they specifically desire, when it turns out that it's actually not in stock or appears to be unavailable! Enhance your inventory and website!!!
Thankfully, some of the staff are pleasant and helpful, but others are not.
Evelyn Ramirez (2025-04-16, 1:39 p.m.):
I stumbled upon an unusual discovery - a little washer in a can of soup. I reached out to the customer service hotline number but was met with no assistance; they wouldn't even take my name. After persisting with another call and insisting on some sort of resolution, I visited the store to file a complaint. They noted down the details but that was the extent of it. I'm yet to receive any follow-up. The only offer made was a refund, which is quite underwhelming considering the cost of the soup can was a mere 67 cents. Disappointing, to say the least.
