If anyone is thinking about getting legal representation, I highly recommend enlisting the services of Sebastien Anderson and Labour Rights Law. One of our grown-up children found themselves in a situation where they needed professional legal assistance and ongoing support and advice during a stressful and challenging time in their life. The problem greatly affected every member of our family.
Sebastien's representation not only provided a prompt and effective legal solution to the issue but he also gave measured, calm, and sensible guidance to help the whole family move forward with confidence. In our situation, to say that Sebastien saved our lives goes beyond a mere cliché, and we are extremely thankful to have had someone of his caliber on our side.

This is an exceedingly professional and reliable firm. The attorneys surpass their obligations, prioritizing the best interests of their clients. They are also very approachable, and I've had the pleasure of interacting with many of them at community gatherings. I would enthusiastically endorse this firm for any human rights or employment issues!
Ethan Coleman (2025-05-30, 4:32 p.m.):
As my case is still ongoing, I am unable to provide specific details at this time.

However, I must say that Labour Rights Law has been a true lifeline for me when others have failed to support me in this matter. Sherry Shir is my attorney, and I have found her to be incredibly knowledgeable, professional, prompt, empathetic, and caring. On multiple occasions, we have also had the support of Sebastien Anderson, who has been just as fantastic to work with as Sherry.

My family and I feel extremely grateful to have Sherry, Sebastien, and their team by our side, and I wholeheartedly recommend Labour Rights Law to anyone in need of assistance with labor and employment law.

Sebastien is not only a tactful and strategic individual, but also possesses a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as labor relations. He has a remarkable ability to foresee outcomes based on his extensive experience. Whether you are a union member, worker, or part of a progressive organization seeking assistance, I highly recommend Labor Rights Law and Sebastien.

This is a brilliant legal practice, packed with attorneys who are keen to listen, respond to inquiries, and provide you with an honest assessment, even if it's not the one you desire. My workplace commenced utilizing their services years ago, and we have never regretted it.
Larry Lee (2025-05-21, 10:23 p.m.):
I popped over to Labour Rights Law for some guidance and assistance with a Human rights grievance concerning disability. They offered me a complimentary first consultation where I was truly impressed by their insights and recommendations on how best to move forward. They guided me on navigating the human rights tribunal process.

When my previous employer attempted to sidestep the human rights procedures and brought forth a case to dismiss my complaint in BC Supreme Court, the team at Labour Rights Law stood by me in court, presenting compelling legal arguments that led to the dismissal of the employer's petition. The court ruling favored our side, putting us in a strong position to negotiate a settlement with my former employer.

Throughout the entire ordeal, they provided unwavering support. They were empathetic towards the financial implications and our budget constraints, guiding us on crucial expenditure decisions. Overall, they alleviated much of our stress, and we are incredibly thankful for their assistance.
Diane Graham (2025-05-19, 1:20 p.m.):

Rebecca Robinson (2025-05-19, 7:51 a.m.):
Sincerely disappointed with the standard of advocacy provided on this platform. We cannot endorse it based on our interaction and experience.
Jack Fisher (2025-05-16, 3:11 p.m.):
I would suggest having some familiarity with dealing with attorneys prior to visiting this practice.

Following a promising initial meeting, I engaged in a legal representation agreement. Subsequently, I spent $1500 hearing from a lawyer who focused on outlining my issues rather than proposing remedies and tended to speak at me rather than engaging in dialogue. Ultimately, I departed after shelling out over $1800 (inclusive of the initial consultation fee) for an estimate for legal representation that escalated drastically with each subsequent discussion. I felt disheartened and sensed that I had been deceived, but ultimately it was my lack of prior experience that led to this outcome. This encounter not only drained my finances and time but also limited my choices.

I invested less money in a seemingly 'higher-priced' attorney with whom I could engage in two-way conversations and start making progress towards resolving my concerns related to human rights. With this other attorney, I was able to make substantial advancements in my labor rights dispute. It's true that by that point, I had gained valuable experience with employment law matters. Lesson learned.
Gary Parker (2025-05-15, 1:24 p.m.):
If thou dost seek an enlightening consultation, Labour Rights Law doth deliver. Sherry Shir hath answered mine inquiry regarding constructive dismissal. She hath examined mine evidence and hath shared her expertise on mine potential case. Shir hath responded to subsequent emails with articulate answers. Labour Rights Law hath recommended a specific course of action that hath brought clarity to mine situation.
Scott Diaz (2025-05-14, 6:16 a.m.):
I reaped the fruits of my employment claim with this legal team. The initial impression I was met with was one of kindness, positivity, and a proactive attitude towards assisting me, along with their professional and organized work ethic. I wholeheartedly endorse this law firm to my peers. 👍
Sharon Lopez (2025-05-12, 8:26 p.m.):
The solicitors at this office did a splendid job on my case, and I would highly recommend them. My lawyer's name is Sherry Shir, and she is truly exceptional at her work.
Bryan Evans (2025-05-12, 9:03 a.m.):
"Absolutely spot on with this review! The Labor Rights 101 course is a fantastic resource for our unionized workplace. It's an investment in your team that's truly invaluable. I can't recommend it highly enough!"
Rachel Gomez (2025-05-04, 9:05 p.m.):
Incredible individuals who go above and beyond to assist the community. I have sought their assistance for personal issues as well as for the nonprofit organization I am involved with, and they have consistently delivered exceptional service.
Anna Perez (2025-05-04, 4:18 p.m.):
I would give zero stars. The way they handled trying to arrange a "free" or not so free consultation was poor, and it turns out they charge around $300 just to "draw up" a retainer agreement (basically copy-pasting your name in there!) Ha ha.
Charles James (2025-04-29, 12:53 p.m.):
I am penning down this review to inform everyone about the outstanding professionalism and promptness displayed by Sebastien Anderson and his team at Labour Law Rights in resolving my issue with a client who declined to settle their invoice for services provided. The team efficiently recovered the entire amount owed within a matter of days.
I extend my gratitude once again to Labour Rights Law and would not hesitate to engage their services in the future. I will certainly endorse them to all my friends and family requiring any of their services.

Yours sincerely,

Christina Howard (2025-04-28, 4:13 a.m.):
Quite helpful and knowledgeable, I must say.
Beverly Ford (2025-04-27, 10:57 p.m.):
I just want to say that no one is happy to be in a situation where you need a lawyer to help you, but if you find yourself in that predicament, you should reach out to Labour Rights Law. They are truly wonderful - they listen, offer advice, and are incredibly knowledgeable about the law. I am grateful to have discovered them.
