Our experience on the Discover Banff Tour was absolutely fabulous! We embarked on our journey early in the tour season with our little ones in tow, and it truly made for a more intimate and less crowded exploration of the top tourist spots. The entire excursion was meticulously planned, comfortable, well-paced, and child-friendly. Our guide, Tim, was not only friendly and patient but also a wealth of knowledge about the historical significance of the sites he showcased. He even kindly offered to capture precious family moments for us at each location.
The absolute highlight was savoring a steaming cup of delightful hot chocolate while soaking in the breathtaking views of Lake Louise. And to top it off, we were treated to some delectable maple cookies to nibble on during our journey. I wholeheartedly endorse this tour for those venturing to Banff for the first time and seeking a hassle-free visit to the must-see spots.

What a top-notch experience! Simon was ever so accommodating and knowledgeable. We were promptly picked up at the train station before embarking on a delightful drive to Lake Louise, with a much-needed coffee break along the way (cheers!). The hike itself was absolutely splendid, and Simon made sure not to rush anyone. We even made a pit stop at the tea house for a spot of lunch, which was surprisingly good! After the hike back down, we even managed to sneak in a quick dip in the lake – a life goal achieved! Can hardly wait to return for more hikes. Huge thanks to you, Simon!!!

Today, we went on the snowshoeing tour. This adventure was absolutely brilliant and was made even more enjoyable by our guide, Bobby. He provided us with lots of interesting information throughout the journey and kept us entertained during the trip. The highlight was definitely making maple taffy in the snow and enjoying a hot chocolate afterwards. It was the perfect way to end an amazing tour.

Had a proper brilliant time on the tour to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake - just the right amount of time at each spot for a leisurely stroll and some cracking photos. Our guide Tyler, also known as Buck, was an absolute riot, well-versed in all things local and a top-notch host as we cruised from Banff to the lakes.

I went on the Columbia Icefield and Athabasca Glacier tour today and had the pleasure of having Rob as our guide. His knowledge about the area was top-notch, and his storytelling skills, sprinkled with personal anecdotes, really added to the experience. The weather was perfect, making the entire tour incredible. We 'ad the most smashing day-long tour with this company. Started off w/ a convenient pickup, then a visit to a breathtaking waterfall, followed by a scrumptious lunch atop a stunning mountain, then a jolly chairlift ride to an amazing grizzly bear habitat, and lastly a wee break at a picturesque lake. The vehicle was right comfy, and our guide Bastian was charming, knowledgeable, and witty - in short, he was spot on for the job! All in all, it was a top-notch experience. Worth every quid, and then some 😊👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I 'ad a splendid time on the Lake Louise and Lake Moraine excursion. We delved into the 'istory of the national park and Canada, the wildlife, and were treated to the breathtaking lakes, with ample opportunity to snap photos and stroll along the shore. At Lake Moraine, I'd suggest trekking up to the rocks for a view of the lake from above - the colors are positively fantastical. Skillful driving and punctual pickup. Bastian, our guide, was well-informed and amiable!
Betty Rivera (2025-07-15, 12:56 p.m.):
We recently booked the Lake Louise and Moraine Lake sightseeing tour, and let me tell you, it was absolutely brilliant! Our guide, Andy, was an absolute gem. He was right on time, incredibly knowledgeable, and a complete blast to be around. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. Thank you so much, Andy, for making our day truly unforgettable.
Bobby Rodriguez (2025-07-11, 2:53 p.m.):
I went on the Johnston Canyon ice walk with Emma. She's a real gem - knowledgeable, flexible, and super reliable. The best part is her sense of humor, which made the tour so enjoyable. Emma also pointed out cool details along the trail like fossils on the rocks, gave tips for taking great photos, and shared interesting history about the Canyon. I highly recommend this experience!
Amelia Cook (2025-07-10, 3:08 a.m.):
Neil was our guide for the Lake Louise bus tour, and he had an amazing grasp of the area. We had a fantastic experience exploring Lake Louise and its surroundings.
Heidi led our Johnston Canyon ice walk tour. She was not only informative but also funny and engaging. We truly cherished our time with her. The walk itself was simply stunning! It was a sight unlike any other.
I would enthusiastically endorse both of these tours. Though we took them in the winter, we're already contemplating revisiting in the summer if we ever find ourselves back in the area!
Amelia Garcia (2025-07-06, 10:45 a.m.):
Roz, our guide, was absolutely wonderful, she was chock-full of fascinating tidbits that we would never have stumbled upon on our own. I highly recommend her tour if you're keen on exploring Moraine Lake and Lake Louise - keep in mind that Moraine Lake is currently closed to non-commercial vehicles.
Angela Morales (2025-07-04, 2:19 a.m.):
We 'ave just wrapped up the Johnston Canyon Ice Walk and I must say, it was a simply splendid experience! The views were absolutely breathtaking, the tour guide, Bobby Hughes, was top-notch, and we gained quite a bit of knowledge about the forest, animals, and waterfalls along the way. We 'ad an absolutely smashing time and would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable adventure. If you're fortunate enough, you may just 'ave Bobby as your guide - an absolute gem! Cheers!
Jessica Fisher (2025-07-03, 3:34 p.m.):
What a splendid morning spent with our fabulous guide Tina on the Lake Louise and Moraine Lake tour. We were advised to book early, so we chose the 8am departure, and we're so pleased we did as by the end of our tour, there was quite a crowd building up! We traveled in a cozy small bus with plenty of legroom. The steps into the bus were a tad steep for those with less agile knees, but still very doable. Tina was charming, entertaining, and incredibly knowledgeable. The entire excursion was top-notch, and the stunning scenery we encountered was simply breathtaking! Would highly recommend :-)
Lucy Martin (2025-07-03, 9:23 a.m.):
We recently went on the Lake Louise tour, and let me tell you, Emma, our guide, was absolutely brilliant. She was so knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The scenery was simply breathtaking, and for the price, it's definitely worth it.
Thomas Graham (2025-07-03, 5:01 a.m.):
The cost is higher compared to other sightseeing tours and also offers less time. For example, they only cover Lake Louise and Moraine for 4 hours, whereas other tours span from 8 to 11 hours, exploring Banff and Yoho National Park as well. The tour guide was exceptional, no complaints there.
Dorothy Rivera (2025-07-01, 4:43 p.m.):
Let me tell ya, mate, do ya know why ya shouldn't wait six months to scribble a review? 'Cause ya forget them small details like... yer guide's name! He was a tall, skinny bloke with dark hair and a goatee, and let me tell ya, he was one of the best guides we've come across in our journeys. Proper informative, friendly, and jolly good fun, pointing out them small deets and sharing snippets of his life that made this trek feel like a cozy outing with pals rather than a formal tour!
The hike itself was aces. The weather was proper warm when we went, hovering around 1/30 degrees, which meant we were all sweatin' a fair bit by the end! Still, the pace was decent with plenty of stops for snaps and tales. The Falls were absolutely worth it. I can see why this tour is such a hit! Cheers!
