We ordered a Timatin Bacon on bread for lunch, no egg in the sandwich, quite disappointing. At least the employee who served us was friendly, but it's a rather mundane mistake.

Feast like a king without breaking the bank. Swift and efficient drive-thru experience at your service.
Margaret Kelly (2025-05-31, 12:36 p.m.):
Great service, the staff puts in their best effort despite being short-staffed.
Sean Thomas (2025-05-28, 3:11 a.m.):
The service here is quite sluggish, whether you're at the drive-thru or inside the shop. I've visited other Tim Hortons locations with much longer queues where the service was still quicker than waiting behind just one person here. Definitely room for improvement in terms of speed and efficiency.
Virginia Cruz (2025-05-27, 1:18 a.m.):
There ain't much selection for donuts at night, only them leftovers that are too tough to whip up again, I reckon.
Carolyn Martin (2025-05-26, 6:35 a.m.):
Absolutely fantastic service, I must say!
Cheryl Thompson (2025-05-25, 4:30 p.m.):
We went to the Coffee shop this evening with my partner, and we were quite disappointed, I must say. The staff member seemed either untrained or simply uninterested in providing good service. We ordered 2 wraps, and while it's understandable to run out of chicken for one, what really surprised us was when we asked for a box of chocolate timbits, paid for them, and then received plain timbits instead. When we pointed this out to the employee, he just said they only had those left and would have let us leave without saying anything if we hadn't noticed. Quite absurd, really. And let's not even get started on the time it took to place our order. This happened on Friday, January 31st around 8:30 p.m., and the employee who served us was a large gentleman of color, in case that detail helps with his training.
Debra Martinez (2025-05-25, 12:29 a.m.):
We popped by twice in the same day, first at half past nine in the morning and then again at three in the afternoon, and on both occasions, we endured quite the lengthy wait. It was so drawn out, in fact, that my companion managed to finish his lunch before my son even got his hands on a morning wrap. I even noticed some folks deciding to walk away without placing an order.
Ryan Gutierrez (2025-05-22, 11:20 p.m.):
It's Hortons. That's all you need to know, mate.
Megan Thompson (2025-05-15, 11:02 p.m.):
Great service and mostly by local Indigenous folks! Super friendly and always wearing a grin!
William Wright (2025-05-15, 1:49 a.m.):
I'm from Montreal, usually when we come to this region it's always drive-thru service. Today I decided to actually go inside. I ordered a BLT without bacon, but when I realized they had made a mistake and went to the counter to address the issue, the employee responded with a lackluster "Yesiiiiii," as if my presence was an inconvenience. She was quite daft. Dear proprietors, ensure you have the appropriate individuals in customer-facing roles. Customer service plays a critical role.
Albert Gray (2025-05-14, 2:15 a.m.):
You can't go wrong with a good ol' cuppa coffee and some doughnuts, mate!
Olivia Walker (2025-05-13, 11:20 p.m.):
Straightforward and efficient, great bang for your buck while on the go. I highly recommend it.
Lawrence Young (2025-05-13, 5:19 p.m.):
Always so much waiting and such a large number of staff, yet the slowest Tim Horton's by a long shot when it comes to serving customers. Allow 15 to 20 minutes for a quick meal...
Michelle Morgan (2025-05-11, 4:20 p.m.):
The grub is top-notch and stays true to the brand, but blimey, the service can be quite dreadful at times, I must say.
Emily Cruz (2025-05-11, 1:42 p.m.):
The drive-thru service is dreadfully sluggish, riddled with errors, and a supposedly grilled chicken wrap that appears to have been simmered in chicken broth... absolutely revolting...
Melissa Nelson (2025-05-11, 1:54 a.m.):
Just 'ave to 'ave a gander at the snap and we get it, I chucked out the lettuce 'cause it tasted bleedin' awful, the tomato was so thin I reckoned they forgot to put one in when I took a nibble.

There was a cock-up in me order, I got a potato, thank the stars I don't reckon I forked out for it.
Christian Martinez (2025-05-09, 4:51 a.m.):
The team be absolutely smashing, I must say.
Roger Gonzalez (2025-05-05, 12:08 a.m.):
Top-notch service, I must say!
Raymond Allen (2025-05-05, 12:00 a.m.):
It was like, totally slow in the drive-thru this morning at 8 am. The drive-thru lane was packed and some folks were even ditching the line, like.
