This is truly one of the finest spots to enjoy a delightful midday meal. The dishes are always fresh, comforting and reasonably priced. Cheers!

Fantastic service, extremely tidy, quick, and well-equipped for the current covid scenario.
Arthur Johnson (2025-05-26, 4:56 p.m.):
The food was absolutely scrumptious, although there was a bit of a wait, but that's to be expected in a family-friendly establishment.
Donald Edwards (2025-05-25, 10:52 p.m.):
New menu, most intriguing. Prices spot on.
Breakfast was superb and our server was ever so pleasant and efficient.
Jean Wilson (2025-05-25, 11:46 a.m.):

At Ben and Florentine, the service is too slow to improve. Thank you.
Mark Sanchez (2025-05-21, 1:26 p.m.):
The eatery is usually bustling, yet the wait is brief before being seated. The servings are ample and the fare is delectable. I have not been let down by the midday meals thus far.

The service is commendable. I had the pleasure of being attended to by a server who took over from another. She took the time to converse with the kitchen staff about allergies and checked on us multiple times.

The prices are reasonable. Budget around $15-25 per person.

*Update: We experienced dreadful service. Throughout our dining experience, we felt that our server was indifferent. My companion informed the server about her allergies, to which she responded with disdain.

Our dishes were served with mistakes and questionable presentations. My plate had very roughly chopped, raw onions. Water and coffee refills, as well as side dish servings, were overlooked. If the service remains the same, I will not be returning to this establishment.
Christian Scott (2025-05-21, 4:32 a.m.):
Having a spot of bother with collecting the order for takeout, old chap. Endless delays and all that rot. The order was finally ready a whopping 1 hour and 35 minutes later... In a nutshell, best give this place a miss, I say. Cheers!
Thomas Smith (2025-05-20, 9:19 p.m.):
Fantastic eatery, top-notch service, and the staff is always smiling and attentive. Definitely a must-try!
Nicholas Butler (2025-05-20, 2:18 a.m.):
Scheduled for 10 am and approximately 30 individuals ahead of us nonetheless. The attendant informs me that she already has 4 bookings during our scheduled time slot. THUMBS DOWN
Philip Young (2025-05-12, 3:35 p.m.):
Polite service and incredibly friendly staff.
Mia King (2025-05-12, 1:15 p.m.):
A splendid establishment located at Highway 10 exit 55 for a delightful meal, be it lunch or dinner. The service is consistently top-notch, the cuisine is superb, and the ambiance is wonderfully serene. Despite the spaced-out tables, the restaurant is adeptly arranged for the comfort of patrons.
Mark Cruz (2025-05-12, 9:39 a.m.):
The reservations are utterly pointless as the manager inexplicably replaced our booking, resulting in a 45-minute wait.
Christopher Ford (2025-05-11, 1:08 p.m.):
I must say, I was terribly disappointed with the lunch experience. The wee potatoes were terribly overcooked and dry, and the sausages were dreadfully overcooked and dry as well. No qualms about serving up some quality grub!
Andrew Bennett (2025-05-10, 7:58 a.m.):
We've been waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes and we still haven't been served our food. This eatery should be steered clear of.
Lauren White (2025-05-09, 6:21 a.m.):
The lighting is quite remarkable when departing Montreal early and it's so relaxing to enjoy a meal in charming eateries.
Albert Gomez (2025-05-09, 2:34 a.m.):
1 star for a lovely hostess
1 star for delicious food
-3 stars for the lass who took half an hour to get our orders, she went and took orders for a whole section of people who had arrived after us, then proceeded to clean all the other tables before attending to us. She eventually took our orders with a smile and apologized for forgetting our drinks (which were actually already served by the kind hostess who noticed the situation). To top it off, we waited another 20 minutes for the bill that never arrived... In the end, we had to get up and wait for her near the machines.

Grateful for the food, but the service...
