Samantha James (2025-04-15, 8:20 a.m.):
I must say, the spicy pad thai I requested to be very spicy arrived lacking in sauce, with a pot of Sriracha on the side. I specifically wanted a wonderfully spicy pad thai sauce, not a chicken Sriracha concoction. The dish had no taste and was missing garnish, making it nearly inedible. Sadly, I had to throw it away which left me both hungry and disappointed. I dine at Thai restaurants at least once a week, so I know what good Thai food tastes like. This experience was truly a letdown. I even took down the names of the manager and owner to file a complaint with the establishment. Such a shame, as this restaurant does not live up to the standards of authentic Thai cuisine.

The plastic plates and utensils, along with the peculiar service, leave me pondering a return visit. The food, however, was quite delightful.

This Thai Express establishment seems to utilize frozen pre-cut slices of beef and chicken rather than freshly cut pieces made on the spot. You are served with these insipid, circular "fried" flavorless chunks of meat instead of the expected high-quality Thai Express experience.

I recommend steering clear of this subpar Thai Express location.
