The food be top-notch, but the staff seem to be in a rush to finish their shift. Arrived at 8:15 p.m., only to be turned away from dining in as they shut down at 9 p.m. Quite baffling! Traveled far and wide to dine at Estrie, only to be hurried through my meal. What a shame!

I went to get myself a chicken poutine at the drive-thru, paid up for it and guess what - there was no chicken in it! The person at the window actually had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip when I was placing my order. Well, I don't usually tip until after I've had my meal and if I'm happy with the service. It's just not right to be asked for a tip before even getting your food, is it? Is that why they messed up my order and took forever to serve me? Absolutely scandalous, I say!

When I arrived at the Chicken restaurant, there was a queue and I feared it would be lengthy. However, to my surprise, the service was swift and efficient. We popped in for a spot of lunch during our road trip. There were no tidy tables to be found, so we tidied one up for ourselves. It then took a good 30 minutes to receive our order. The grub was rather tasty, the little ones wolfed down their meals, but I must admit I was rather put off by the multitude of flies and the copious dust covering all the surfaces, particularly in these COVID times one would anticipate a more pristine environment. Not one I'd recommend, old chap.

Ordered 2 club sandwiches with onion rings and a chicken noodle soup that had no taste and looked like dishwater. The food was cold and the onion rings were not cooked enough, you could still taste the batter. I have never had such revolting food. I do not recommend it!

We did order two takeout meals, and shortly after, we were handed 2 boxes with the comment, "Here's your order." We took the boxes and hit the road. While cruising on the highway, my partner glanced at the invoice on the boxes and realized it wasn't what we had ordered. We phoned Benny to inform them of the mix-up, and he suggested either returning to redo our order or having it kept warm. Opting for a fresh order, we indicated we'd swing by in 20 minutes. Upon our return, I received my corrected order packaged in a delivery box. The server inquired with the cook about the remake, to which the cook candidly stated in front of us that it was simply in a delivery case and not redone. When I inquired about keeping the original mistaken order due to their oversight, I was informed that I should have checked the invoice before departing, attributing the error to me. No apology or compensation was offered. I wouldn't recommend this establishment.

We placed our order at the counter, and the lady there was very pleasant. After paying, they handed us a pager and we found a seat. When the pager buzzed, we knew our order was ready and went back to the counter to pick it up.
That's the drill for dining in at the restaurant. Of course, you can always choose to take your food to go, or use the drive-thru if you prefer.
