Philip King (2025-07-21, 10:30 p.m.):
Oh blimey, what a dreadful experience! We waited a solid 20 minutes for our order at this chicken joint. Finally, my partner mustered up the courage to ask the cashier if our order had been forgotten. Lo and behold, the cashier nonchalantly informs us that they've run out of chicken. The nerve! And when we request a refund, the manager lets out a big sigh and rolls her eyes. Quite disrespectful, I must say. It's one thing to have to wait, but a heads-up would've been jolly good.

Mini playground for the little ones.

Halloween challenge completed! I dressed up as a roast chicken on a rotisserie 🤗
Raymond Brooks (2025-07-08, 12:40 p.m.):
I went to the drive-thru this evening and waited for 20 minutes only to be told at the window that they had run out of chicken. It was quite disappointing, so I decided to go somewhere else.
Steven Cook (2025-07-07, 9:45 a.m.):
Top-notch service and the Bennys created the recipe!
Teresa Myers (2025-07-07, 3:11 a.m.):
Fast service but I'm not keen on the sauce.
Louis Hall (2025-07-06, 5:36 p.m.):
That's some top-notch chicken, I must say!
Brian Kim (2025-07-05, 8:28 a.m.):
For hungry travelers. Nearly every eatery at this motorway services is quite ordinary. The food was lackluster and the service unremarkable in my opinion. However, they have made a step in the right direction with the addition of a small salad and soup bar, so kudos for that.
Janet Kim (2025-07-03, 4:31 p.m.):
On Friday evening at 7:00 p.m., there are no more breasts and thighs... Seems like this is becoming a regular occurrence! LOL It's the second time this has happened. Unbelievable. I had to pinch myself twice, I thought I was dreaming...
Denise Stewart (2025-07-02, 2:29 p.m.):
The food was quite good. I requested 3 knives. The cashier informed me they would be plastic. I inquired why, and she explained that they were closing in 30 minutes and the dishwasher was overwhelmed. Interestingly, she had previously given me 3 metal forks. Additionally, there were Styrofoam sauce containers on the plates while they had acrylic bowls placed next to the self-service sauce container. Really? In this era of environmental consciousness where the battle against single-use plastic is being fought, this doesn't seem like a step forward at all! We will definitely be looking elsewhere from now on. The food is tasty but comes at a price. $23 for a large chicken Poutine, anyone?
Betty Reynolds (2025-07-02, 10:06 a.m.):
Chicken poutine with covert wings and bones, and the club sandwich requests white meat but receives dark meat with gristle balls, we had to ring them up about it. They offer us $5 off, hahaha, when just the 15% tip was more than that. The last time I ordered, they included a $5 charge, which I didn't even want in the first place. Oh dear!
Evelyn Thomas (2025-07-02, 4:46 a.m.):
Lovely spot for a spot of lunch, I must say!
Juan Jordan (2025-06-28, 6:16 p.m.):
The grub was spot on, but blimey, the wait time was a right bloody eternity.
Abigail Lee (2025-06-28, 2:24 a.m.):
Unlimited barbecue sauce for all!
Karen Reyes (2025-06-27, 11:14 p.m.):
I was on my way back from Montreal and I decided to stop by this chicken joint... let me tell you, I couldn't be happier! The price was fair, the chicken was delicious, and the service was spot-on. The restaurant was clean and welcoming to everyone. Big kudos to Benny and CO.! JDR.
Anna Smith (2025-06-27, 9:19 a.m.):
We 'ad to tidy up our table before we could 'ave a seat. The chips were a bit dry and lacked flavor. The chicken was alright, but it was undercooked. I really wanted to give this place a chance since it's Quebec-owned, but the quality was quite disappointing and I doubt I'll be coming back.
Susan Garcia (2025-06-26, 6:43 a.m.):
There be 3 order blunders in 2 meals. We give 'em a ring and they say it's gonna take 2 hours to fix it 'cause our meals ain't a priority. Quite disheartening, I must say.

Edit: They managed to skip the chicken wing sauce in the second delivery. Also, the delivery bloke knocked twice and rang just once in a mere 15 seconds.
Denise Coleman (2025-06-26, 4:51 a.m.):
Ahh, your standard Swiss Chalet/St Hubert chicken and ribs joint. Prices were decent, selection was on point. Chicken was a tad dry, sauce had a curious sweetness, and the fries were McCain crinkle cut. It did the job of filling me up, but not somewhere I'd be hankering to go back to.
Ralph Turner (2025-06-25, 9:00 a.m.):
Top-notch chicken in this city
Bobby Simmons (2025-06-24, 8:56 p.m.):
That's quite disappointing!! This is the second occasion I've placed an order, only to find that my customization requests were not accommodated. Moving forward, I think I'll opt for their competitors in the hope of receiving better service and having my preferences honored. To add insult to injury, the staff responded by suggesting I should have called in instead - perhaps then, my order wouldn't have been mishandled 😯😯 What's the point of having an online ordering system if the employees can't properly read the instructions!!!
