The team leader showed a complete lack of tact, rather disappointing. The food is passable.
Brittany Anderson (2025-07-23, 2:58 a.m.):
The drive-thru service was dreadfully slow! And there wasn't a single smile at the reception.
George Kim (2025-07-22, 10:18 p.m.):
The service was a tad slow, but the grub was absolutely smashing!
Joyce Kim (2025-07-22, 2:20 a.m.):
Quite the lengthy drive-thru service... even post lunch rush!!!
Mary Hernandez (2025-07-21, 10:57 a.m.):
Honestly, the service was quite rotten. There were 8 employees behind the counter chatting and chilling on their cell phones. I paid $27 for chicken croquettes and sweet potato fries. It was 8 p.m. and all the tables were full of waste, not a clean table in sight. I would recommend avoiding this place.
Sarah Morgan (2025-07-19, 1:10 a.m.):
Service was quite lengthy but still satisfactory, I must say.
Sara Morales (2025-07-18, 4:06 a.m.):
Absolutely smashing place, top-notch service from the lovely staff, beats St Hubert in Cowansville by a mile!
Barbara Thomas (2025-07-17, 8:01 a.m.):
Absolutely thrilled with the service provided by the entire team! Delighted that they offer delivery to Farnham! Fantastic value for money, top-notch food. Massive thanks to all involved.

A splendid spot, would highly recommend 10/10.
Victoria Green (2025-07-14, 10:22 a.m.):
I arrived at 5:58 p.m. and received my plate at 6:14 p.m. The term "Express" should be taken out of St-Hubert Express. There were no thighs available, so I had to settle for a breast instead...
Jerry Cox (2025-07-11, 9:47 p.m.):
Quite splendid, particularly the chicken drumsticks and the lavatories are top-notch.
Judith Murphy (2025-07-11, 7:24 p.m.):
The wait was a tad longer than anticipated, and there wasn't much room to hang about for the takeout.
Arthur Smith (2025-07-11, 1:57 p.m.):
A truly lovely experience, massive thanks to the chef Noah👍🏿
Sarah Lee (2025-07-11, 12:46 p.m.):
Cheers mate for the top-notch service! 🍗
John Watson (2025-07-06, 5:32 a.m.):
Been waitin' for 1.5 hours now and still haven't gotten me order...
Amy Hall (2025-07-03, 10:42 p.m.):
Stay clear of the establishment. Dreadful service. While it is possible to place an order online, if you wish to dine in and have something different from what you ordered, it's a no-go. The menu advertises a drink included in the classic $15 option, but they don't allow you to take it, with no indication provided anywhere. This is false advertising. The young lady with eyelashes resembling broomsticks appeared as if she could take flight at any moment and displayed an excessive amount of attitude. Upon our arrival, she noticed us and proceeded to ignore us. When we placed our order, requesting specific items that supposedly included drinks, she flat out said it was impossible. We inquired about the choice of rotisserie chicken, yet were met with the same response, despite me being able to order it online. Subsequently, she engaged in conversation with her colleague behind our backs, just within earshot. When my meal was finally prepared, she simply left it there and walked away. After a 5-minute wait, I discovered that it wasn't even properly packaged; it had gone cold. I had to request her colleague to pack it for me. Utensils were nowhere to be found, and I had to specifically ask for them. The lack of customer service is beyond belief.
Furthermore, the portion size was abysmal. I shelled out $17 for a brisket dish accompanied by a measly 10 fries. The chicken was dry, with hardly any meat on the bones. The coleslaw was the worst I've ever tasted, consisting of old, borderline expired cabbage. If only I had known, I would have ordered from elsewhere. A place to steer well clear of.
Nicholas Bennett (2025-07-01, 8:33 a.m.):
The table was a mess, and they were out of poké salad, which is a new item - plus the toilets were dirty and smelled.
Gerald Wilson (2025-06-30, 10:21 p.m.):
The selection of rotisserie chicken was rather limited and one of the thighs was incomplete, not to mention it was lukewarm.
Grace King (2025-06-28, 6:54 a.m.):
Etienne the chicken is best savored when cooked, mate! Delectable fries and chicken, cheers to Noah! Chicken, chicken, chicken!
Rebecca Phillips (2025-06-27, 5:33 p.m.):
It's always a pleasure to dine at this establishment. The service is top-notch, I highly recommend it 😉
