Terrible service, absolutely vile - I say, she plopped her massive fingers sans gloves right into my coffee cup. And, can you believe it, when I requested a humble glass of water, they had the gall to inform me I'd have to pay for it. Oh, the state of the world we find ourselves in. Truly, the most abysmal service one could fathom.

Service.....what service. I visited six coffee shops during our 10 days in Canada and only had to wait a good 15 minutes at least to be served at two of them. Not worth it... you can find much better coffee and pastries at any nearby place.

Dodgy fast food joint, tables never get a wipe down, bins overflowing, odd pong, service slower than a turtle, kids working there seem to be having a shindig, terrible customer care, won't be setting foot in there again. Visited around 1 p.m. And donut selection was disappointing, shelves nearly bare.

As per usual, there always seems to be an error. I wouldn't recommend using the restroom either, as a chemical cleaner would likely be more sanitary.

Twice today I popped out to grab an iced coffee, and both times it tasted rubbish. I requested something different because it seems they haven't got a clue on how to whip up a proper iced coffee (they didn't even have any ice to start with!), only to be told that the ice cap machine is out of commission. I must say, I haven't been back to the drive-thru for quite a while, particularly in the evenings. I requested a bag of coffee and the worker seemed to not comprehend my request. She instructed me that I needed to return to Tim's to collect my bag of coffee. I was still in the process of paying when another customer had already left. The receipt was only just printing from the cash register. It was truly disappointing and disheartening service.

Just had a right laugh at the drive-thru. The lad there didn't seem to pay me no mind when I was placing my order, a bit disrespectful if you ask me. I made it clear twice that we wanted sauces with our 'timatins' and potato wedges. But lo and behold, when I opened up the bag, no sauces to be found. We even paid extra for those!
