Just had a right laugh at the drive-thru. The lad there didn't seem to pay me no mind when I was placing my order, a bit disrespectful if you ask me. I made it clear twice that we wanted sauces with our 'timatins' and potato wedges. But lo and behold, when I opened up the bag, no sauces to be found. We even paid extra for those!
Betty Cooper (2025-06-21, 4:20 a.m.):
It's a quick service for all beverages, and there is ample parking available. The ambiance is quite charming.
Beverly Gonzales (2025-06-16, 9:14 a.m.):
Two employees at the drive-thru were having a chat instead of assisting the lone cashier while there were already a few customers waiting in line. The service was rather lackadaisical and slow. The Large Frosted Lemonade mostly tasted like ice cream rather than actual lemonade.
Denise Powell (2025-06-15, 2:54 p.m.):
The service here is incredibly slow, the coffee is never freshly brewed, and there always seems to be a surplus of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. If given the option, it's much quicker to go elsewhere rather than waiting in line at the drive-thru.
Linda Sanders (2025-06-15, 7:59 a.m.):
We were attended to by a lass, about 15-16 years old, who greeted us with a smile and chatted away as if we were old mates. The establishment, especially the loos, could use a good scrubbing - no soap in sight, and the hand dryer is on the blink. I reckon I shan't be returning there anytime soon.
Arthur Green (2025-06-14, 2:04 p.m.):
The lass messed up me order, I did. I requested a jumbo vanilla iced cappuccino with oat milk and some toppings. But when I reached the till, she hands me a wee regular iced cappuccino with regular milk, sans toppings. And when I mentioned about the toppings, the daft lass continued to insist that I never asked for them earlier. It's obvious that I got someone else's order, innit?
Brian Anderson (2025-06-14, 1:25 a.m.):
I could really go for another cup o' joe.
Melissa Barnes (2025-06-13, 12:04 p.m.):
Absolutely dreadful experience at the drive-thru and window at 7:30 pm. The individual was unable to rectify a $20 mistake, citing a lack of knowledge, and refused to provide a refund. Not only that, but she proceeded to yell at us as if it were our fault, displaying a tremendous amount of attitude. Simply unacceptable.
Isabella Robinson (2025-06-09, 4:48 p.m.):
Top-notch service, quite decent grub. As for the atmosphere, well, it's a Tim Hortons... ambiance isn't exactly a priority, eh? 😬
Roger Edwards (2025-06-09, 11:48 a.m.):
Waited a good 20 minutes for two cups of joe. The loo was a bit dodgy, not the cleanest.
Margaret Morris (2025-06-05, 6:37 a.m.):
The server was lovely and had a cheerful demeanor.
Emily Anderson (2025-06-03, 12:41 a.m.):
The cashier 'ardly spoke a lick o' English or French. I requested 2 large Double Doubles and a steak Chipotle wrap. Lo and behold, I received only one large double double and me wrap was served in a bloomin' bowl, with no fork to be seen. Oh blimey!
Edward Cooper (2025-05-30, 3:36 p.m.):
It's quite uncommon for me to give 1 star, but this situation is simply preposterous! The owner really ought to dedicate some effort into improving his establishment!

The restrooms are faulty and have been so for weeks now! The door in the men's restroom won't even close properly! It's all quite filthy!

There's an oven dangerously close to the corridor leading to the restrooms that is also defective, with the door left ajar – not a pleasant sight!

To top it off, the staff seems rather unsupportive of the situation! I ended up leaving without even placing an order!
Janet Lopez (2025-05-29, 8:47 p.m.):
I arriveth at the drive-thru at 6:45 p.m. to ord'r a worker wrapeth. The cashi'r tells me that they only maketh donuts, timbits and muffins... I sayeth okay I'm going to journey to the McDonald's next door, so I simply taketh a box of donuts...

Upon arriving at the window, I behold the opening hours, closure is at 8 p.m.... upon she taketh my money, I inquire of what time they ceaseth making sandwiches... she informeth me that since they shut at 8 p.m., they ceaseth making sandwiches at 7 p.m.... I gazeth upon my dial and indicate to her that it's 6:45 p.m.... and she giveth me one of her disheartened countenances... well, thou didst not receiveth any gratuities, lass, and I shalt nev'r returneth hith'r again at this timeth.
Jordan Gutierrez (2025-05-26, 11:10 p.m.):
The service was so speedy, lightning fast I'd say. Almost didn't even notice the spot for picking up my order, could use a tad more visibility perhaps.
Dorothy Morris (2025-05-24, 8:22 a.m.):
The employees have the most dreadful manners. One of them nearly chucked the box of doughnuts at me. Quite a disappointment to stumble upon this Tim Horton's during my travels!
Bryan Hall (2025-05-24, 7:12 a.m.):
I came home and the employees were throwing water at each other, it was freezing, and there was a girl who left trash everywhere. Very disappointing, indeed!
Stephen Cruz (2025-05-21, 10:18 a.m.):
On th' side o' th' motorway, it do say "open 24 hours". But wen I pulled o'er, t'were closed. Ye MUST alter th' inscription on th' sign, or else 'tis misrepresentation an' 'tis against th' law!
Ronald Anderson (2025-05-21, 4:49 a.m.):
Blimey! Absolutely dreadful.
I inquire of the cashier if the sarnies are whipped up in a vicinity that may 'ave come into contact with nuts (my granddaughter's got an allergy, you see).
He lets out a sigh and claims he's absolutely swamped between the drive-thru and the front counter.
The bloke cooking was a mere meter behind him, rustling up a sandwich...
Either way, the cafe appeared tidy but deserted.
Willie Walker (2025-05-18, 1:45 p.m.):
Waiting 15 minutes for a plain old French vanilla coffee seems a bit off, especially when all it takes is a press of a button. And don't get me started on the Nutella croissant I got while I was paying. What's worse is that we were all completely overlooked - no one seemed to care that there were loads of us waiting. It was as if we were invisible, which is beyond frustrating.
