I popped by on Sunday afternoon, and to my dismay, the main entrance was bolted shut, leaving only the drive-through operational. The queue of vehicles seemed never-ending and I found myself waiting for over 10 minutes. Much to my disappointment, they were out of lattes, and the service was chaotic and far from amiable.

I've just made a purchase via mobile. Payment is all sorted, but to my dismay I didn't receive any donuts because the server couldn't locate the order and payment history on their system. Despite showing them the email confirmation with all the details, they still refused to give me any donuts. Eventually, my husband had to pay again to get us our donuts. To make matters worse, they even threw away a box of donuts. I've tried showing the payment and order confirmation multiple times, but the server was so unwelcoming and impolite, making us feel awful for being charged twice for a single donut. They claimed that their store doesn't accept online orders and payments, which is just outrageous. I definitely won't be returning to this establishment again.

Some of these Tim Hortons by this owner are really rubbish with their service. Dreadfully slow service and one out of every three times, the orders are rubbish. And when they try to fix the problem, there's a 50% chance they'll mess it up again. Always blaming it on Covid, too. Oh dear!
