They were an absolute godsend when it came to fitting a turbo system on my car! Top-notch service and expertise! I cannot recommend them enough!

I absolutely love shopping at Canadian Tire in Arnprior. The variety and quality of products they offer are top-notch. One thing that does bother me a bit is the absence of senior discounts or special days for seniors, which some other local stores in Arnprior provide. It would be fantastic to see Canadian Tire introduce something similar in the future.
Raymond Sanders (2025-06-03, 11:24 p.m.):
This department store is quite splendid, I must say! The staff is ever so friendly and knowledgeable, the shelves are fully stocked, and everything is so neatly organized.
Julie Williams (2025-06-02, 8:27 p.m.):
Canadian Tire is a solid destination if you have a clear idea of what you need, especially for automotive items. It's easy to locate the automotive staff for assistance. My only gripe is that their staff appears to be knowledgeable about only a specific section of the store. If you're seeking something outside their area, H&H would be the go-to spot. The team at H&H, except for new members, are well-versed in all areas of the store.
Justin Gonzalez (2025-06-01, 12:14 p.m.):
This Canadian Tire store was by far the worst I have ever encountered! The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I approached a member of staff to ask a question, but instead of assisting me, they simply stared at me. To make matters worse, another staff member joined the conversation and they completely ignored me. Feeling frustrated and disrespected, I decided to walk away. If this is the level of service provided at this store, I am baffled as to how they manage to remain in business. We were just passing through on vacation, but after this experience, I will definitely be avoiding Arnprior altogether. The service was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Ryan Clark (2025-05-31, 6:08 p.m.):
This department store is absolutely jam-packed with low-quality goods scattered all over the aisles, giving it a cramped and chaotic feel. It's reminiscent of a flea market or a gypsy yard sale.
Alexander Bennett (2025-05-28, 3:09 p.m.):
Had a bit of bother with me car on the way to work, decided to give the Auto shop a bell. They said to pop in and they'd do their best to squeeze me in, but no promises for same-day fix. A few hours later, me car was sorted out and for a fair price. Big thanks to Pat for sorting it all out. Cheers!

My top store in the whole wide world.
Out of all the loyalty programs, it's hands down the best. I also signed up for the select Program for 100 bucks. Just for that, I received a 50 dollar gift card. By actively engaging with the program, waiting for offers, and taking advantage of them, you can quickly see the benefits. Most of the things you need to buy are available here. So, why not get some real cash value back?
On average, I get about a third of my purchase back in CT money. I've accumulated over 10,000 points and they keep increasing. It doesn't take long either. I highly recommend this store.

Firearm aficionados: you've got to visit Don. He's a true expert and has a knack for taking care of customers. There's no better option in the valley, mate.

I popped into the store on Thursday with a broken fishing rod in hand, hoping to pick up a new reel and string for my grandson before Friday. I must admit, I was a bit clueless about fishing gear, but your team was absolutely fantastic! The lady at the back of the store connected me with a wonderful young man who truly went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he help me find what I needed, but he even sought permission from his manager to assemble it for me ❤️.
As a retired nurse with 49 years of service at the Ottawa Hospital, I have a keen eye for people who genuinely care, and let me tell you, this young lad definitely fits the bill. Well done, CT ❤️🥰! Thanks to him, I now have the knowledge to load a fishing line and troubleshoot a few issues if they arise. Kudos to your team!

The seasonal manager is a bit lacking in interpersonal skills and can be quite brusque. When I attempted to get a warranty for a faulty tool (a Mastercraft Maximum product), she informed me that they would have to retain my broken tool and that the manufacturer for Canadian Tire would need to create a new one for me. I declined this offer, went to the Renfrew location, and easily exchanged it as per usual.
Willie Jenkins (2025-05-24, 7:15 p.m.):
After a dreadful experience at a Scarborough branch, I was hesitant to visit Canadian Tire for my automotive needs. However, I am pleased that I decided to give the Arnprior location a try. Pat and his team were exceedingly efficient and professional, providing precise prices. I must commend Pat for his patience, respect, and understanding, especially considering the heavy rush they endured that Saturday. Thank you, Pat.
Donald Young (2025-05-24, 5:37 a.m.):
I must say, splendid service and such a friendly staff at Canadian Tire! Among all the locations, the Arnprior store truly stands out. Recently, I purchased a set of trailer tires there and I was thoroughly impressed by their impeccable service.
Robert Turner (2025-05-22, 3:58 a.m.):
I must say, Canadian Tire in Arnprior is top-notch in the Ottawa region. They truly have it all, and I've never left feeling let down. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even better.
Janice Cruz (2025-05-21, 4:12 p.m.):
My missus had a flat tire and busted rim from a bloomin' pothole on the 417, a good 45 minutes away from home. We got the tow company to drop her off at this Department Store as it was the nearest one around.
Pat and Spencer, who I had a chinwag with on the blower, along with whoever else my wife crossed paths with, were absolute gems. They gave me a bell to confirm the bits needed for the fix-up, treated the missus with utmost respect and kindness, were ever so friendly and helpful, and even stayed back a tad later than closing time to get her back on the road. Thank you all ever so much for looking after my fam when I couldn't be there! Top-notch customer service during a right stress-inducing moment with a bawling baby in the back seat. Cheers to all of you.
Beverly Robinson (2025-05-18, 10:06 a.m.):
Really tidy, not too many folks around when I popped in!! Super organized throughout all sections at Canadian Tire. I was on the hunt for a particular item. They carried this cool tool for identifying bolts, nuts, you name it Canadian Tire seems to have it all. There was a plastic barrier between me and the cashier and they were constantly disinfecting. Kudos to the hard-working Canadian Tire staff for a job well done!!
Michelle Ramos (2025-05-18, 8:49 a.m.):
I must say, I don't typically frequent Canadian Tire, but credit where credit is due, mate. I was quite taken aback by how quiet the store was on a Saturday evening. The layout was top-notch, although some aisles did feel a tad cramped. Luckily, we found the two automotive items we were after, both on sale too. The staff at the tills were friendly and ready to assist (no queues in sight). Would certainly give it a thumbs up recommendation. Cheers!
Steven Flores (2025-05-17, 6:37 p.m.):
This store 'as always been a bit tricky to find me way around. At one point, they said they 'ad 40% of items in stock that they advertised. Seems like they've sorted it out now. The car park 'as improved a lot as well. Customer service is top-notch these days. Even though they don't mention a shuttle service, they've made sure I've been taken care of getting to and from me car.
Justin Diaz (2025-05-16, 11:24 a.m.):
Ah, the store is just fine, I must say! The staff, they're so friendly and ever so helpful. This Canadian Tire truly has that small-town vibe, making everyone feel right at home. Cheers to a delightful shopping experience!
Ava Gonzales (2025-05-15, 3:46 p.m.):
I recently had a rather frustrating experience at Canadian Tire, where I purchased a specialized mower brand that is exclusively available at their store. The specific model I have requires a 28v battery, and Canadian Tire was the only place that stocked it. However, after making the purchase online and driving for an hour to pick it up, I discovered that they had given me a 28v 4ah battery instead of the 28v 5ah battery that I had paid for.
Upon raising this issue, I was met with a dismissive response from a young employee who insisted that the serial number on the battery matched their system. This lack of concern for my situation was frustrating, especially considering that I had specifically paid for the higher capacity battery.
It's disappointing when a retailer like Canadian Tire engages in false advertising, causing customers to waste time and effort on resolving issues that should never have arisen in the first place. In the end, apologies don't fix the problem - I paid for a specific product that was not delivered as advertised, and to make matters worse, the model of mower I have is now discontinued.
