This place is absolutely top-notch! They've sorted me out on more than one occasion. During my last visit, I nabbed a phone case, only for my phone provider to later inform me they had dispatched the incorrect model. Chris graciously swapped it out at no cost, despite my lack of box or receipt! He even pointed me towards a nifty case with a nifty "finger ring" attachment, ensuring I no longer have butterfingers with my phone. No need to venture anywhere else – they've earned my loyalty!

However, I have been experiencing issues with the new screen. My phone glitches in sunlight, displays a grey-green color in dark surroundings, and constantly flickers. This experience has been quite disappointing as it has essentially ruined my phone. In hindsight, I wish I had gone to the official Apple store for the repair, but now I will have to look into getting a new device.

I went to visit 'em for a diagnosis/repair 'cause my iPhone started actin' up and rebootin' itself every three or four minutes. After the diagnosis, they suggested I replace the device instead of tryin' to fix it, reckonin' it was likely either a software or hardware issue. They were kind enough not to charge me for the diagnosis since they advised against repairin' the phone.
When I decided to purchase a second-hand iPhone from their shop, they gave me some good advice on which model to go for and which phone had the best battery condition. They even threw in a case and screen protector with the new phone!
All in all, the customer service was top-notch and thoughtful.
If I run into more issues in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return to this shop.
