The layout is just as confusing as your average Canadian Tire location. I wouldn't recommend visiting the auto center, as there are plenty of local businesses with more knowledgeable staff. While the store itself is typical of any Canadian Tire, I've found that the staff lacks sufficient product knowledge. This isn't a criticism of the employees, as they appear to be understaffed—I can hardly ever locate a staff member when needed. If I have a Canadian Tire gift card, I'll visit this store, but I usually opt to make the journey to Walmart or purchase online from the Canadian Tire website.

Visited your store twice this month only to be told both times that there are no employees available who can assist me with the products you have on offer.
An hour and a half round trip just to get to your store and back - I should probably send you an invoice for my gas.

POST-REVISION: In the days that followed the incident, I made several attempts to reach out to the department store, both through their contact number and the customer service line provided by the "owner". Despite leaving my details on each occasion, I was assured that someone would get back to me to assist in resolving the issue. However, to this day, I have yet to hear from anyone, and my problem remains unresolved, prompting this overdue update.

July 2024 Update: Regrettably, there has been no effort on the part of the store to offer an apology or rectify the situation. A disappointing demonstration of management.

With just one quick fix, they managed to cause more harm to my wheel than 100,000 kilometers of driving.

While this may not be a major concern with older wheels or simple steel ones, it is disheartening to see this lack of attention to detail when handling a customer's belongings.

My lad dropped his car key doon a drain in the car park o' the department store. We're visiting from Scotland and our hire car only has one set of keys... Pure chaos! It was nearly 8pm, so I sent my lad to scoot over to the department store to see if anyone could lend a hand...

To our joyful surprise and eternal gratitude, a lovely young lassie came over with a lang "grabber" and rummaged around in the drain! We were ready to throw in the towel when she nabbed the key and plopped it on the ground! We never caught her name and she refused any payment, but we cannae thank her enough for rescuing us from utter calamity. We even made it back to our digs before night fell. She went above and beyond her duties, and we just had tae gie a big shoutout on your review section. Top marks, department store...your staff are just brilliant!

The folks at this store are quite lovely and helpful. They had a bit of a rough patch during the renovations, but it seems they've sorted things out now. I adore the fact that it's a pet-friendly store, and ever since discovering that, I find myself shopping there more frequently (even without my furry friend in tow). It just makes me want to show my support for the business. The new owner, Mike, doesn't seem to shirk away from customer interactions (would love to see more management do this) and he even generously contributed to the non-profit I'm involved with last year.

I'd love to give them a full 5 stars, but I did encounter some issues with their auto service. Nevertheless, I'm inclined to overlook that since the overall vibe of the store is so wonderful.
