I must say, I had a rather interesting experience at this department store today. I had the pleasure of encountering a young associate who, when asked for assistance in retrieving a heavy and expensive item from a high shelf, denied my request with a dismissive attitude. It was clear to me that ensuring the safety of customers and preventing damage to merchandise was not a priority in her mind. Despite her lack of willingness to assist, I managed to find another associate who ultimately helped me with a smile.

On a more positive note, my visit to the plumbing section yesterday was much more pleasant. The associate there was incredibly helpful and kind, making my experience much more enjoyable. It's truly a mixed bag when it comes to customer service at this establishment.

I spoke to a lovely lady who told me to bring the cutter in, so off I went. It turns out there was a small piece of plastic stuck in the shaft, which she fixed in just 30 seconds. Neither the booklet nor the YouTube videos mentioned this detail, so I am incredibly grateful for her expertise. Thank you for saving the day!
