This was our first visit to Canada and we embarked on a tour with Brewster from Jasper to Lake Louise and Banff and it was absolutely fantastic! I availed meself of two tours with Brewster in Banff this June. They were ever so well-coordinated and picked us up punctually from our lodgings. Both tours were an absolute hoot -- we embarked on the Banff gondola tour and the ice fields tour. Owing to dodgy weather, the ice fields bit was nixed, but our guide Andre was a real gem and thought on 'is feet. 'E possesses a vast knowledge of the locale and shared some hidden gems off the beaten track with us instead. A refund is in the works. We 'ad a smashing time on both tours and would highly recommend 'em!

Well, it was a bit of a funny situation, you see. I wasn't on the Ice Explorer tour originally, no sir. I was trekking up with another bunch when, wouldn't you know it, I went and sprained my ankle. My guide was quick on his feet, though, and managed to get Marc from Brewster's Ice Explorer to come to our rescue. And let me tell you, Marc was an absolute gem. He picked me up, had a lovely chat with me during our stop on the glacier walk, and really made me feel like one of the gang. A top-notch tour guide, that fella - funny, full of interesting tidbits, and he really made the whole experience a jolly good time. Many thanks to Marc and Brewster for making it all happen! Cheers!

Absolutely recommend this company, old chap. Just returned from a jolly good 3 week jaunt through the Canadian Rockies and Alaska. Brewster Bus Tours boasts a splendid staff, with top-notch local knowledge, friendliness, and heaps of helpfulness. Must say, there's one pair that stands out - Colin, who's in cahoots with the delightful host Emer; what a cracking team they make. I reckon if they'd just whisked us about all day without a pause, not a soul on the bus would've uttered a peep of complaint. We were thoroughly entertained and exceedingly well looked after. Even though Emer may have rolled her eyes at Colin's dad jokes, we all rather fancied them. Witnessing a bus full of grown-ups guffawing like a bunch of school lads was a sight to behold! Colin and Emer, you made my trip simply smashing. Colin, I trust that the absent host realizes what a splendid time they missed. You did a bang-up job keeping everyone happy and informed on your own. Our guide, Simon, was absolutely brilliant - 'e knew so much and 'ad us laughing the whole time. Brewster tours were absolutely fantastic! I have a bit of trouble with my legs and one arm, so I rely on a cane for support. Molly and Gerald were incredibly kind and went out of their way to assist me. Molly even graciously offered to help carry my camera to some spots that I thought I wouldn't be able to reach without slowing down the group. She also ensured I had no trouble getting my buffet lunch.
Their commentary was not only engaging but also educational. It was truly a delightful day out.
