Alexander Barnes (2025-07-15, 9:15 p.m.):
Honestly, I must say I was quite disappointed with what I received for $22. The spring roll could be more accurately described as a salad roll with only 1.5 shrimp that were inedible. Furthermore, the fountain drink seemed to be poorly mixed. I must admit, I now have regrets about my dining experience.
Arthur Ross (2025-07-14, 3:57 a.m.):
Quite a disappointing establishment, I must say.
No one was to be found at the counter to greet the customers.
We asked if we could add extra ingredients to our meal for an additional cost and we were denied, even though they had the ingredients...
Absolutely no customer service or basic politeness. Truly unheard of!

Why, oh why! A message to the owner - please make some changes, as this will certainly have a negative impact on your business...

I returned and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was polite and incredibly efficient. Thank you for taking into account the feedback from your customers.

We had a jolly good meal. Service was rather satisfactory.
Bobby Bennett (2025-07-11, 8:55 p.m.):
The initial experience with the food was rather delightful.
However, the meal today was rather lackluster. :(
The service is prompt and efficient.
The establishment is well-run and organized.
I appreciate the fact that there are adults working there instead of teenagers.
Overall, the customer service provided was top-notch.
Linda Johnson (2025-07-10, 4:29 a.m.):
They do not comprehend a single thing about our orders, absolutely nonsensical! We're done with them.
Teresa Long (2025-07-09, 6:37 a.m.):
I do highly recommend it, but every time we go, we are left rather disappointed.
Kathleen Clark (2025-07-09, 3:04 a.m.):
I asked for a bloody spicy pad thai, and what do I get? A bland Thai dish with no bloody taste! I bloody go to this Thai place once a week, and I know my bloody esti pad thai. It's the first time I've been going there since I moved, and it's gonna be the last bloody time!
Doris Allen (2025-07-06, 2:55 a.m.):
Closes at 7:45 pm, not 9:00 pm.
Nancy Foster (2025-07-05, 10:22 p.m.):
Twice I found chips in my pad thai but there are no chips on the menu....to believe that the rubbish bins are being reused.....for me it's done
Peter Roberts (2025-07-03, 12:20 p.m.):
I am quite fond of Asian cuisine, however, after dining at your establishment on two occasions, I must regrettably say it was both my inaugural and final visit!

The pad thai I ordered bore no resemblance to the visually enticing depiction and left much to be desired in terms of flavor. A lackluster sauce failed to elevate the dish, resulting in a disheartening representation of Asian culinary standards.
Nancy Campbell (2025-07-03, 7:12 a.m.):
Thai Express is consistently top-notch. The staff always have a smile on their faces, even when they're busy, and the food is excellent! 😉
Catherine Hall (2025-06-27, 3:06 p.m.):
I 'ave me doubts about the quality of the food we 'ad, ol' chap.
Brenda Graham (2025-06-27, 12:25 a.m.):
Not too shabby! It was a bit disappointing that they didn't spice it up as I requested, but no worries. Had a fine meal overall, enjoyed the drive-thru, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Would definitely give it a thumbs up!
Linda Reyes (2025-06-25, 7:42 p.m.):
I must say, the service was rather disappointing because of the cashier clerk's lack of courtesy and politeness when interacting with customers. If it were feasible, I would have rated it 0 stars. I cannot recommend this establishment. They do not uphold the brand's reputation. If you have the option, I suggest visiting a different branch instead.
Denise Nelson (2025-06-23, 12:13 p.m.):
My meal tasted like plastic, it did! I had others taste it, and we all agreed. Not edible at all, no sir! Had to toss away the whole thing, what a waste...
Bryan Brown (2025-06-21, 11:15 p.m.):
Yesterday evening, I ventured out for a spot of dinner, which led me to Thai Express due to my dietary restrictions as a celiac. On occasion, I also fancy a visit to the Guardian Angel establishment.

To my utmost astonishment, upon requesting a gluten-free option, specifically the #6 dish, I was rather taken aback by the price tag of $18.59 with tax included. I opted for the version sans meat but with the delightful addition of cashew nuts, simply the dish without any accompanying beverage.

I found myself in the peculiar situation of having to request the cashew nuts once more, as they had been inadvertently omitted from my order. Typically, the #6 dish consists of a more generous portion of vegetables; however, on this particular occasion, it comprised onions, diced carrots, a mere 2 morsels of pineapple, and some broccoli.

This marked the first instance where I had shelled out such a hefty sum for a #6 dish that bore little resemblance to its usual form. Regrettably, it seems that this may well be my final visit to that particular Thai Express outlet.

However, I must commend the Thai Express located at Carrefour de l'Estrie in Sherbrooke, which truly deserves a stellar five-star rating.
Rose Sanders (2025-06-21, 1:57 p.m.):
Every time I visit that place, the service is just dreadful, the staff seem quite daft. Moreover, the dishes are always swimming in excessive oil. I must say, I am rather let down with the whole experience.
Jordan Green (2025-06-20, 7:25 p.m.):
Delicious, prompt service, tidy and roomy dining space!
Keith White (2025-06-20, 9:57 a.m.):
Affordable and scrumptious. Great variety of dishes and speedy service.
Jason Scott (2025-06-19, 7:32 p.m.):
The service was just alright, no smiles, but the food was simply inedible. There was an excess of oil, it was overcooked, the noodles did not absorb the flavors, the tofu was bland and lacked freshness.
