Our experience with the Canadian Rockies Tour was absolutely fantastic! We worked with multiple vendors for our various excursions, and they all went above and beyond in terms of quality, timeliness, and service level. But let me tell you, Brewster really stood out from the rest with their exceptional customer service. Cristal at the Elk + Avenue center truly went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our needs were met, even though Brewster was only responsible for part of our itinerary. I mean, she was literally on two phones at once just to make sure everything ran smoothly. She's a real gem and a valuable asset to the company! And I can't forget to mention the outstanding services provided by Murray Wilson and Jono - top-notch all around.

In general, had a great time. My family and I got the ultimate Banff package and managed to enjoy all the activities over two days. The icefields were the best part (remember to bundle up). The Banff Gondola ride was stunning at sunset. We didn't even know about the rooftop deck, small museum, and short film, not to mention the restaurant. When planning the boat cruise, aim for sunny weather to see the lake in all its glory. We even spotted a bull elk on our way in!
Big shoutout to the admin team for their assistance when we hit a snag and had to change our reservation.

We got bumped off Banff Adventures for a private charter, and they suggested we try Pursuit instead.
Quite disappointed with our fishing outing with Pursuit. We get that you can't always reel in the big ones, but our guide seemed a bit clueless and didn't seem to know much about fishing or the lake. We tried different spots, but he never mixed things up. Same old tackle/jig the whole time. The scenery was great, but the fishing part just didn't justify the cost.

I bought 4 Rockies passes on July 2nd for a trip to Banff this weekend. My credit card got charged right away $1222, but I still haven't gotten the passes. I've tried calling their 800 number, their local office number, and even attempted their chat option - 3 times each - but haven't heard back. Looks like I'll have to head over to their local office in Banff and hope for the best. This level of service is just not acceptable. It's unusual for me to leave a negative review like this (me being Canadian and all). My suggestion: explore other options!

The reservation system is absolutely dreadful. They promised that reservations could be modified later, but it simply does not work. We opted to select a time for an activity later on, and now there seems to be no way to edit the reservation. I attempted to contact customer service via phone, but alas, nobody picked up.

This evening, we embarked on the 6pm tour with Captain Ben and Jordan! It was my inaugural boat journey, and I must say, it was splendid. The deep-rooted indigenous history of Lake Minnewanka was truly captivating, evoking tales of our ancestral beginnings. Jordan and Ben's passion and storytelling made the experience even more enchanting. A heartfelt thank you to both for a memorable conclusion to our extended weekend getaway in Banff. Instead of hiring a car, we opted for Brewster transportation to get to and from the airport in Banff. It was incredibly efficient and quick. The buses were spotless and well-maintained. I must extend our heartfelt thanks to Noland and the fantastic crew at Brewster/Pursuit for the wonderful experience we had today. Our local minor hockey team found ourselves faced with a sudden away game and reached out to inquire about renting a coach to transport us there and back.
Brewster/Pursuit effortlessly arranged for a stunning, modern, and impeccably clean motorcoach, complete with a skilled and friendly driver. This provided everyone - players, parents, and coaches - with the peace of mind to focus on the upcoming game rather than the lengthy journey.
The bus arrived early for our pickup and delivered us to our destination right on time. Our journey back was equally smooth, and Noland even drew our attention to the magnificent northern lights, a sight our tired players may have missed otherwise.
Our trip was truly exceptional, setting a high standard for sports travel providers. We will undoubtedly turn to Brewster/Pursuit for our next adventure. They are truly top-notch.

This outfit right 'ere ain't the most reasonable nor customer-friendly, I tell ya. Had me trip all set to head out to Banff for the day, when suddenly the weather took a turn for the worse the night afore. And would ya believe it, these blokes refused to give me money back or even offer a credit! I'd steer clear of this lot if ye ever plan on goin' on any trips in the future, that's for sure.

We've been on multiple tours with Pursuit. The staff was incredibly friendly from the get-go during the booking process. The guides were all welcoming, insightful, and provided a wealth of information. The icefield and skywalk were truly awe-inspiring and left a lasting impression. While arranging our travel plans in advance, I stumbled upon Brewster Sightseeing online. It was a delight to discover that they offered tours to all the must-see attractions on our Bucket List. I was able to easily book and prepay for these excursions ahead of time, ensuring our spots were secured.
We opted for the Glacier Adventure Tour and embarked on a journey aboard the Terra Truck onto the breathtaking Athabasca Glacier. Our guide was charming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his work maneuvering that massive ice explorer vehicle. The experience on the glacier was truly extraordinary.
We also visited the Glacier Skywalk, where we were transported to and from a stunning glass platform overlooking the Sunwapta Valley. Both experiences filled an entire day, and there was no need to be wary of heights.
Furthermore, we indulged in the Maligne Lake Cruise to Spirit Island the following day. The 90-minute cruise was delightful, and Spirit Island was absolutely mesmerizing. Once again, we had a friendly and informative guide/boat captain.
We were thoroughly impressed with Brewster's services and would highly recommend them to anyone. I'd advise booking in advance as these tours are quite popular. And don't forget to dress warmly, as it can get quite windy in all three locations.

I recently went on a Glacier tour and I must say, it was quite disappointing. For the price they charge, I expected to have more time on the Glacier itself. Instead, we only got 30 minutes and didn't even get close to the icefield. Also, being forced to do the skywalk was a bit of a letdown. Overall, I wouldn't recommend spending $100 on this experience, as you can get a similar one just by walking to the toe of the Glacier.

Just booked the Ultimate Explorer Collection with tours to Maligne Lake Cruise, Columbia Ice Fields Trip, Columbia Skywalk, and Banff Gondola. What a fantastic experience! Everything ran like clockwork, although there was a slight change in the trip time which they informed me about via email - though a phone call or text may have been more effective. The guides were all super friendly and really knew their stuff. We'll definitely be using Pursuit again, no question about it.
