My dear mother was kindly requested to vacate the store by the cashier due to social distancing measures. However, when I stepped in to voice my concerns, I was met with a sharp rebuke from said cashier, followed by an unpleasant attitude from the owner's wife who asked, "What do you want us to do?" It was quite a baffling experience as everyone at each till and in line had someone accompanying them, yet we were singled out for eviction. The behavior of the owner and the cashier was extremely discourteous, and it is simply not acceptable to speak to and treat people in such a manner. Truly regrettable indeed.

We were brusquely informed that the toilets were not available. If you are open for business, the lavatories ought to be as well. Assign someone to tidy them up - every other establishment permits their patrons to avail of the amenities. Considerably let down.

Terrible customer service from the owner, mate. I bought some brakes from a different spot and it turned out they were the wrong pads in the box. The bloke at this place did his best to pin the blame on me for some reason. They didn't have the correct parts to swap them out and were trying to charge me extra to fix the mistake. Just a dreadful customer experience. Canadian Tire really needs to do a better job screening their franchise owners, because this chap is doing a number on their brand.

I made an online purchase with the option for store pickup. It seems to take quite a while to receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup. It took me a full day to receive a response. And when you arrive at the store for pickup, even after calling ahead, you still have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for your order to be brought to your vehicle. The service at Canadian Tire is much slower compared to other stores.
